Relaxing and Amazing”
The staff was very nice and helpful. We stayed in the Relax Double Room Non-Smoking the size was like regular size american hotel/ motel room. I did my research before booking the room because I know from experience that Japanese hotel room can be size of tuna can, very small. So having the relax double gave me breathing room and area to walk around get to my suitcase. The train station is not far from the hotel either, if you go from seaside station it really like right next to the hotel but it you go to the other one it not even a 10 min walk. Overall I would book this hotel again on my next vacation trip to japan.

Staff are helpful and can speak good english. Hotel location is very near to Rinkai Line station, Aeon department store, family mart and Lawson. But there are no direct train line from Haneda Airport, have to use JR Line to Aomono-yokocho station and walk to the hotel about 10-15 mins. So its more convenient to use Taxi. But if you plan to go to Odaiba, this hotel is a very good choice. Room is quiet small but clean and convenient.

Nice hotel ”
Our room was spacious with a nice view. Direct access to Shinagawa seaside station but it still took us more than 5 mins to get to the station (lift, many escalators, a bit of walk etc). It was very handy to have AEON shopping centre in the same premise as we managed to do all the shopping before getting to the airport. Access to the airport can be great if we could use the bus but the bus stops here only every hour or so. We took a train and monorail to get to the airport (c.30mins) - transfer isnt so easy as you will need to exit the station and walk on the ground level for 5 mins.

Excellent hotel. All 5 star except the facility. This is due the centralized air conditioner. Can't control even if you feel stuffy or warm in the room.

Convenient and affordable ”
Pros: not a busy part of Tokyo and is right beside the Rinkai Line for easy travel virtually anywhere in Tokyo especially Odaiba, Shinagawa and Yokohama. There's also a relatively new mall beside it so you should have all your basic needs. Cons: staff is not fluent in English so you might have problems communicating. No luggage assistance service as well. Side note: they misposted the room I took as part of a family of 4 filter. They also misposted the size of their bed as king size but told us on site they never had such a bed. We managed.

Value for money stay ”
This hotel has all the basics you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Hotel room and facilities are clean and neat. Second time staying in this hotel. Love the convenience that a super big Aeon is just downstairs. There is also a Starbucks, ¥100 shop, a foodcourt and many restaurants around. It’s not nearest to the city centre, but I love the peace and quietness of this area. Will definitely stay here again next time!

Hotel for Visit Tokyo Big sight, Shinnagawa seaside station , Lawson , Aeon locate under the Hotel ”
I take NEX ( JR Narita Express Line ) from Narita airport round trip cost 4000 Y ,to Shinnagawa station , and call taxi from Shinnagawa to hotel ,cost 1300 Y ( Trip : If you a first time to Japan when you buy NEX ,please make sure that you enough time to find the platform ) Rinkai Line , Shinnagawa seaside station is under hotel . The Hotel is on the 17-22 floor of building . Reception check in after 3 PM , The reception is friendy , polite , helpful , can speak English. The room that I booking 3000 + Bath is bigger than other hotel , 20 sq m , comfortable , very clean ,but the pillow to hard for me . There are no big shopping Center ,only Lawson ( 7-11 of Thailand ) and Aeon. From Shinnagawa seaside station easy to connect to Tokyo Station , Uneo Station , Shinjugu station. If you want to attend the Event at Tokyo big sight , It is a good choice.

Good if you have a morning departure from Haneda Airport”
We stayed at the Sotetsu Grand Fresa Shinagawa Seaside as we had a morning flight out of Haneda the next morning. Having an AEON downstairs was really helpful for affordable meals and last minute purchases. It's a slight inconvenience that the Rinkai Line that runs to the Shinagawa Seaside Station does not accept SUICA cards, but the Airport Limousine to Haneda by the Keikyu bus company is really convenient.

Great hotel with excellent location. Lots of nearby amenities nearby. The only concern is the air conditioning is centralized control by the building. I would give it 5 star rating if the air conditioning is individually room controlled.

Convenient hotel close to Haneda airport.”
Hotel was nice. Room was big enough, although not big enough to open two big suitcases at the same time and leave them open, but we managed. Clean and fully equipped bathroom. Had a nice view of the water and port. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Staff was polite and helpful. Close to transit. However a long way from Asakusa district and a lot of the action. We would use it again for a short stay for sure.

Probably my least favorite hotel we stayed at. It wasn’t expensive but certainly better options for 80 a night. It was clean and a good room just not my favorite neighborhood and the staff wasn’t as helpful as other hotels.
