It's location and value-for-money accommodation, right in the middle of Ikebukuro, which is connected to the Yamamote Line should one need to get to Shibuya or Shinjuku. And breakfast included.

Different treatment service for customers staying different days”

I checked in behind a 4 pax group of Japanese. The reception introduced and explained to them in detail, even to the extend of asking them to choose a pillow from the range they have. The reception left a lot of amenities for customers to take, but english explanation was very small. We were later told to limit to 5 items, and 2 staff was staring and helping me to count when i was taking. and worse, only ladies can take. My dad cannot take. He was only allowed to take shaving cream and bath salts. What is this discrepancy for? Quite disgusted by this. The staff was cheerful amd helpful. But the experience was spoiled before we even stepped into the hotel room. My dad was unhappy throughout the stay, i cant wait to check-out. Not coming back.

Very comfortable & good location”

No matter its sunmer (stay date 9 Aug) or winter, the location very convenient because the airport limo bus stop at nearby Ikebukuro West Exit, move down into underground walkway & you can walk with ease until the another end of Exit, once climb up the stairs, a u turn 1 min walk, you will see the side entrance of hotel. Very good spread of breakfast. Spacious roo m (enough to open mid sized checkin luggage). Water can be drink so you can skip buying water. Breakfast is wonderful Japanese rice style (buffet). For price, location, comfortable (especially i can choose pillow), and privacy (got your own toilet & bath tub), its really worth.

Staff are very nice and helpful, just the facilities need improve a little bit and match the price. But I do understand the location and it’s a very popular ,Good staying anyway.

MANY TYPES OF PILLOW”

Very nice hotel as they provide free breakfast consist of Rice with a few dishes of fish, chicken and vege. They also have soup, porridge, a few kind of cereal, breads and many beverages incl coffee and tea! Love the toiletries box which we can choose 5 (ladies)/ 3 (men) items everyday! They also provide pyjamas! And a varieties of pillow for us to choose. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Must try the Unagi restaurant which is just a few steps away.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel. Room and bathroom are quite ok for short stay. Nice staff and easy to connect to public transportation, just 3 minutes walk to Ikebukuro subway Exit C1

Good to stay for travel around Tokyo, near the train, lovely breakfast and Free mask and skin care which you can pick/choose by yourself.

Super Hotel indeed Love the freebies for ladies (5 items/night) Password door are very convenient Not so spacious I hope they can extend their breakfast till 10am instead of 9am because there were times we got super tired the whole day and woke up a little past 9am and the restaurant was already closed

Comfortable. Staffs were nice. Breakfast is also great. Restroom is a bit small. Close to the station -> convenient. The surrounding area is a bit messy at night.

the complimentary little gift which we can took from lobby everyday, is so sweet! especial the herbal relaxing sheet, really a great stuff to put on legs and shoulders for release the tired after crazy shopping! the breakfast is delectable! there are umbrellas for travelers. we just grab and go, no need to register. very convenient! we slept tight with cozy room temperature. it's easy to access from the rail way.

Impressive little hotel”

We were quite impressed how this little hotel is such a great place to stay at while in Tokyo! The staff is polite, friendly and helpful! The rooms are very clean and immaculate everyday! The buffet breakfast is quite impressive too , with quite a few selections to choose from,. I don’t think anyone can fault their service at all . Excellent customer service overall! Facilities are great and the freebies are just a great bonus! A place to consider when booking a hotel. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Super Hotel for making our stay such a comfortable and great !

Excellent location, good Japanese style breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Although room small (seems most of Japan) complimentry gifts and daily clean makes up for it.
