I've traveled to Tokyo a few times and this is the first time I've stayed in a Superhotel. Room is small, but that's really standard for economy/business hotel in Japan, and it's enough for 1 person, and I like how they have the room set up. The staff are very nice, and the breakfast was really good. It's also very convenient: close to the train station, and there are convenient stores nearby.. Would definitely stay here again.

The Super Hotel is really great. The staff are really friendly. Room is a little bit small, but it's almost got everything you need. And the breakfast is really wonderful, I can feel the prepared food has great quality and it's also really delicious. The location is also close to subway and train station just about five to ten minutes. I think I would be back one day.

Stopped in Tokyo for a couple of days before moving on to the snow and needed a place last minute. Very happy I found this Super Hotel. Room is small as you'd expect, but had a good sized bed, good bathroom and everything needed for a traveler. Would stay in again.

Reasonable price with options of pillows before checking in. Room size is a bit small but well-equipped. Very eco-friendly interior design and healthy breakfast! Manager is super friendly! Will definitely stay again if travelling to Tokyo.

Close to Shimbashi JR line clean tidy and perfect for our stay”
My partner and I had a great stay. It is 5 minutes walk to Shimbashi JR lines and Shiodome subway. Definitely recommend if you would like to stay in a quieter area of Tokyo and take transport daily to the busier tourist areas. We loved the feature of choose your own pillow size! How brilliant! It made our stay much comfier. We had fresh towels daily. The only thing I would say personally is like to see - more vegetarian breakfast options. I would definitely recommend super hotels.

The staff were lovely! Rooms were small but that was what we expected. Very clean and exactly what we needed! The breakfast was really Japanese and delicious. The only thing I didn’t figure out was how to use the Coin laundry, but I was lazy and decided to do laundry at our next destination instead. I’m sure it’s not that difficult. Will definitely be staying at Super Hotel Shimbashi again, and any other super hotel in Japan.

A bit of a walk to the nearest train station but not unreasonable. Good breakfast service and excellent rooms. You get a choice of pillows if for some reason you arent a fan of the default "bead pillows" that japanese hotels like to offer.

I booked this hotel in Jan and stayed in March. When I used Google Map for the direction I found out the price for one room is discounted for 66% (1500yen to 500yen)!! I didn't asked to staff since I had late in and out.. but this will be never delightful for any customer. Other than that all great. So you better check the price again before you go and when you still can cancel.

The hotel was close to shidome and JR Shimbashi station. Staffs were great. Rooms are small, but it was nice and clean. Perfect for solo travelers and couples.

My friend recommended this hotel for my business trip - a great suggestion! Different types of Japan public transporation lines have their stops at the Shimbashi area. Nice and clean small hotel as expected from Japan. Healthy breakfast - more of Japanese style; coffee and bread are also provided. Wish that they could have offered more wholegrain kinds of bread. Rooms are really small. A bit hard to completely open the luggage.

it was quite renovated hotel, quite modern hotel. it was good stay. breakfast was good too. I stay double room it was at top floor of building, so I could enjoy wonderful city view as well.

Loved that they provided ionic water, one of the 8 in the world if I understood correctly. We could drink the water that came out of the shower because it’s ionised. They also provided a range of pillows for you to choose from at the lobby, from charcoal to memory foam and many other options. Staff is friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to find out what you were asking even tho their command of English language didn’t let them understand what a “laundry bag” is. They bothered to put in effort to find out. Will stay again!

Near to Shimbashi eateries”
Super Hotel (Supahoteru Shimbashi) is some 7 mins pleasant walk from Shimbashi station, walking through the eating streets of many good shops, izakayas & restaurants; good quality food, reasonably priced. we ate there the 3 nights we stayed . Shimbashi station by itself is on the Yamanote line, and only 2 stations south of Tokyo (shinkansen terminates here)--so this hotel is pretty good location. Supahoteru Shimbashi is pretty mini hotel, just 6 units to a floor; rooms & bathrooms are typically Tokyo-size--if you have big luggages--that would be a big tight to walk. They offer several types of pillows (interesting) Staffs are very helpful, cheerful & obliging. Dining is pretty small--but the breakfast is good quality compared to the other 2 hotels we stayed (ShinOsaka & Narita.)

The location is about 10 mins from Shinbashi Station, however this Super Hotel do not have onsen like other super hotel. But it is still clean and nice deco, they provided multiple charger which you dont' need to pull out your cable for charging. And if you don't need clean up for the day, they will give u a free bottle of water. Breakfast is limited choice but well is acceptable. However the room is a bit small as they have set up a table and sofa next to the bed and I can't open my luggage.

I chose this hotel because they have free organic breakfast. It was good service and very tasty. It is hard for me to find organic and vegan breakfast in Tokyo. I could eat many vegetables and save time to find place to eat early in the morning. Thank you very much for your good meal.

Room are clean, not far from station. you can either choose subway or JR, which both station are just around 10 min walk. There is an AEON market near by within 1-2 min walk. Check out is simple and convenience as it is key-less room. You just need to remember your own password to enter you room every time.
