the staff here is the best. was not planning on staying a month at this place but corona kind of made me stay here rather then tour all over japan. the staff helped me out many many times going above there job requirements to assist me in getting food and medical needs as i don't speak or read any Japanese. Rooms are pretty nice and bed was comfortable had a nice view out my 9th floor window of the tokyo tower. wish i could give greater praise for the staff or at least there names but everyone i cane in contact with was super. either the 2 girls on i guess 1st shift with medical help or the 2 guys on night shift that helped me get food everyday they were all wonderful.

Location is great. Smack middle of roppongi. Room is large compared to tokyo standards. Clean & comfortable. Theres a kinzan sukiyaki restaurant or thai in the same building if youre tired to venture far.

Beautiful place to stay!”
The hotel is easily accessible to trains and restaurants. Near Shibuya and fabulous place fo night life. Awesome place. Very clean and accomodating staffs.

Would recommend, but not for small children”
Extremely kind and outgoing staff. Clean room. Extremely close to the train and great bars/restaurants. Depending on the side of the hotel you stay on, you may experience loud music from a nearby nightclub until 5am. Watching drunk people in the alley at 7am was pretty entertaining. Not recommended for small children.

I want to get on more sheet. Althoug the staff say sorry that they can't afford , they try to get carpet for replacement . I complain the room are stuffy in midnight. They give me a fan and change more big room to me tomorrow. I felt that the staff are very helpful and polite.

A decent value for money hotel with helpful staff. Room was compact but not small and had everything I needed - it was also very clean. A good base from which to go exploring.

Amazing location and hotel for Roppongi”
The b was in the perfect location - close to stations and also restaurants. The size of the room was big compared to most Tokyo accomodation. The staff were very friendly.

Hotel close to Roppingi stn exit 5”
We stayed there for 10 days. Hotel has basic facilities such as a ice machine & WM at level 2....including free flow coffee at level 1 hotel lobby. However the lobby is a little small w/o any seats. The deluxe twin room with sofa bed is considered big for Tokyo standard. We have good walking space even after putting our 3 x luggages. The hotel provides all bath accessories such as shampoa, shaver, bath towels, etc. Actually the best thing is the service standard provided by the front-line staff such as Miss Yamone , Mr An, Mr Wang & Mr Ken. Miss Yamone is friendly, very approachable and really shown concern for our young boy who had facial skin flare up due to the windy and cold weather. She advised us where we can bring our son to see a doctor. She took the initiative to provide my boy with a face mask and also helped us to ensure the medication for my son written in Japanese is interpreted correctly. Both Miss Yamone & Mr An also advised us on the routes, directions and subways to take to our destinations. We have enjoyed our trip and kudos to the staff for their kind words and warm receptions.. The B Tokyo Roppongi gives great value for money considering its good location with close proximity to the subway station, restaurants, commercial establishments, and a big Don Quijote around the corner. The front desk staff were very helpful and I'd like to commend An Jung, Saki, and Saori for helping us out from booking and check-in to the duration of our stay and check-out. We got two superior C rooms and were satisfied with the space and layout. Wifi was a bit spotty during the initial several days of our stay but was addressed after we informed the hotel staff of the problem. Housekeeping was scarce but understandable since they were on a skeleton staff because of Golden Week. The B is highly recommended if you don't want to spend so much on a hotel. Being close to restaurants such as MOS Burger, Shake Shack, Ippudo, and many Italian pizza and pasta places is a welcome bonus! For us Catholic Filipinos, a Church is just across the main road.

Pros: 1) Staff is great At check in: the 2 gentlemen were very helpful and changed the safe’s locker straight away when I told them At check out: The lady helped me hailing a taxi and putting my heavy luggage in the boot. I wasn’t expecting this! Superb omotenashi. 2) standard for japan Shampoo, razors, toothbrush etc... available. 3) clean 4) location very close to tube station and limousine bus station Cons: 1) room is small and no view but that’s to be expected for Tokyo 1) only one laundry machine and dryer which were always used by someone

Accommodating Staff”
Since our flight was at 1am, we would have to check-out of our two rooms at 11am and had to wait elsewhere. What I did was I booked a smaller room just to keep our bags, and have the use of the bathroom for our half-day waiting time. Front desk allowed to keep one of the bigger rooms instead of moving to a smaller room that I paid for. I was impressed! Then when it was time to leave, An Jung helped us load our six heavy luggages in our van service. The B Tokyo Roppongi is highly recommended! We will be booking here again for the July 2020 Olympics.

The room was spacious and comfortable. They provided sufficient amenities. However, the fridge was not cleaned, with huge ice covering the freezer. There was a mini bar area, wish they have installed a microwave! Check in/out was smooth.. Definitely coming back! The wifi in the room was weak and faltering, so maybe not good for work purposes.

Train station is very near and has a lot of access to popular stations in just one train line using Hibiya and Oedo line. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience store open around, including Don Quijote that is 24hours open. Neighborhood feels unsafe for families because a lot of drunk people go out from bars in the early morning, sometimes fighting on the street. The room with twin beds are too small that you don’t have a space to open your luggage. You have to put it on top of your bed. No closets in the room to store clothes but only coat hooks and a few hangers. Internet in the hotel is so slow but the hotel provided a wifi router that you can use only in your room. No free bottled water but has free coffee at the lobby and free tea bags in the room. Room is clean and doesn’t smell anything, fluffy pillows and blankets, they clean everyday, toiletries are complete, toilet seats are automatic. Best for individuals or groups, but not for families with young kids.
