Very attentive staff and very clean hotel. We loved our Japanese breakfast. Impressed with their amenities including their toiletries all are Shiseido brand! Near to the big mall, restaurants and Tokyo dome. Every morning I always go to Don Quixote shop (my new fav shop in Japan) to look for anything I could take back to London. Would definitely come back and stay in this hotel in the near future.

Great location with several bus routes available within a 5-7 minute walk to go to the major sightseeing attractions. Staff was very helpful (a) when booking, we requested a unit on the lowest floor possible as one of our group has a bad knee, (b) staff carried our luggage up to our unit on 2nd floor (building does not have elevator) and (c) staff filled out the forms to send our luggage on to our next hotel and also helped us take the luggage over to the close-by Lawson's for shipping. Good sized room for 3 people. Grocery store and convenience stores within 1-6 minute walk.

Front entrance was steps only, not suitable for disabled people, prams, wheel chairs etc..especially in wet weather. There’s no baby cots available. No fresh fruits available for breakfast. no separate yogurt. Japanese public bath facility was greatly appreciated after a long day.

hotel is near places to eat, shop & kids can play (theme park) tokyo dome lots of convenience store with super short walking distance coffee machine at the lobby, free coffee 24 hours room is just ok, old already, clean sheets, could be better if you add more pillows.

I had waited too long to book my Tokyo stay and I was getting a bit worried getting a twin room as most of the hotels were getting sold out or asking premium rates. I ran across a flash sale on Agoda.com for the "b" Hotel in Suidobashi and decided to give it a try as it was near Akihabara and Tokyo station. The location is on a quiet side street but has good access to subways and the JR Suidobashi station (about a 10 minute walk). I was very impressed with the room size and the amenities were very up-to-date and complete. My only complaint is the bathroom which is too small for westerners to comfortably use without banging into the walls constantly. Another 15cm on each side would make such a difference! The other "thing" was that the windows were entirely frosted (presumably to hide the less-than-glamourous view of the neighboring buildings). However, this made it inconvenient to get a quick glance at the weather outside before heading out.

Hotel a little old. Window locked until staff requested to open up. Window with blur shading cannot view out. Wonder why install window where one cannot view outside. Presence of onsen helps the hotel to remain attractive. Otherwise, I will not come back to this same hotel again.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the Hongo area with walking distance to many local restaurants and shops. Train station is also situated within short walking distance. Hotel room is clean and well maintain daily by the hardworking hotel house keepers. Overall a painless and decent experience as expected.
