Central location and affordable ”
Good party hostel in the centre of Krakow. The free breakfast is very generous for the price you pay. I was given beer vouchers on arrival which was very nice of them. The bar downstairs gets very busy so if you are after a quiet nights sleep forget it, it is a party hostel after all so either get onboard or go elsewhere. Staff are friendly and helpful, bed was very comfortable and the facilities are good. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is great if you’re looking for a fun time and a chance to meet people. There are a lot of free perks! But it’s very loud every night so use the earplugs.

I travelled alone and planned to go out one night but ended up doing 3 pub crawls, and met soo many people. The staff are super helpful and sociable. Best party hostel, I’ve never been so sad about leaving a place.

Rude receptionist (Criselda)”
The receptionist named Criselda was very rude to me for 2 days because I complained about the night where 3 people vomited and one guy urinated right next to my bed at 2.30 am while I was sleeping and I woke up to all this and my brother who got a migraine because of the stress of dealing with these issues at night. The hostel managers were nice enough to offer a refund for the affected night and offered a discounted rate the following night. But ever since this offer was given Criselda was always rude to me and never for once asked me if my brother was alright instead she asked me “why are you staying another night , this is a party hostel so go someplace else” . She said this to me when my brother was still suffering from migraine and he couldn’t get out of bed, no empathy whatsoever . She never smiled at me even once during my whole stay here but she was smiling, laughing and was so nice to the guy who vomited 3 times and urinated in the room while charging €96 to him like it was not such a bad thing to do. Her excuse to me was this is a party hostel, this is normal here. I felt like the vomiting and urinating was expected so a big fine can be charged but when a small discount of €9 was given to me by the manager I’ve been treated badly by her.

Best Hostel in Kraków ”
My stay was awesome... The staff were incredibly helpful getting me a ticket to auschwitz, giving me directions around town, and they had helpful insight for online booking of future travels. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Replace a very nice common area, and they put out a well-balanced meal inThe place had a very nice common area, and they put out a well-balanced meal in the morning.. I felt like the security was excellent. And I know I will one day return!
