Most Luxurious Hostel Experience”
Without a doubt one of my favorite hosteling experiences. The facilities are so impressive they're worthy of being hotel standard. FACILITIES: The high tech and comfortable beds will leave you impressed from the moment of check-in. Staff were always friendly. I can't compliment enough the effort they put into making the common areas and the restrooms spotlessly clean at all times. LOCATION: Fantastic location right in Shibuya. Minutes walking distance from Shibuya and roughly 15-20 minutes from Harajuku. Tons of shopping and restaurants in the area. WHAT COULD BE BETTER: You get an iPod that serves as both your bed remote and hotel key. It's neat but I'd suggest a way for guests to be able to download an app with the same functions so they don't need to carry the iPod at all times and have the additional liability in event of losing the iPod. My light dimming function didn't work - it was either on or off but that didn't bother me too much.

First time staying at a "capsule" hotel”
I wanted to save money and rather than booking a hotel I booked a "luxury capsule hotel." The pod was much bigger than expected and the bed was so comfortable! I loved that you can use the ipod to control the bed and lighting etc. It felt like I had a whole room to myself, and the showers and bathrooms were really clean as well. There is ample storage space above the bed as well as below. Staff were extremely helpful, and even provided me a cardboard box + forms to fill out to mail things back to the States. Location is the really close to Shibuya crossing and though it is close to the hustle and bustle of it all, it was really quiet at night. Highly recommend this place to travelers though not so much for families with children. Can't wait to go back!

ユースホステルとカプセルホテルの新世代型宿泊スタイル！完全な個室が欲しい方には不向きですが、シンプルにオシャレで清潔で経済的に宿泊するならば、ここは穴場❣️ユースホステルの感覚ですが、肩肘はらず寛げる空間です。 First time staying this place. It is like combination of youth hostel and capsule hotel, Japanese style lodge accommodation. But the place is modern designed and clean and quiet, despite of the road work was ongoing at the front. Free coffee and pastry is served for free for breakfast, towel and minimum amenity is provided. For this price, you wouldn’t find this much of cozy stay in middle of Tokyo. Amazingly recommended.

This was the best hotel experience I had amongst 8 hotels this trip”
This place is so hipster, but not in a bad way. Everything is so modern and every gesture and detail just blew me away. The bed itself was a bed/sofa that could be controlled by the ipod touch they lend you. The washrooms are ample and clean. You can book adjacent beds/units in case you're travelling with others. There's free breakfast in the mornings and free beer hour in the afternoons. Everything was top notch and everyone at the front desk was outgoing and spoke good English (this was a first for me out of 25+ hotels in Tokyo these few years). Next time I come back, I'll be staying entirely at The Millenials rather than waste my time elsewhere.

Modern, affordable 'capsule' hotel ”
The Millennials was a great place to stay in Tokyo. I stayed for a week and was very comfortable the entire time. The facilities are really clean. There is a laundry machine on every floor. The free beer happy hour every day is great if you want to meet other travelers and socialize- just sit next to someone and say hi! The staff is really friendly and helpful. Its less than a 10 minute walk to Shibuya station so it's super convenient. The only thing that was a minor issue is that they give you an ipod as a key card and to control your pod light/air. I just didn't like having to keep another device on me at all times/charged, but it's really a minor issue.

Amazing space”
This place is amazing! The check-in was very quick and the explanation of the facilities and amenities was very clear. My friend and I stayed for 4 days and each night had no trouble going to sleep. The beds were wide and with the option to move the bed into various positions helped with relaxing in the pod. I had to wait for a shower once out of the entire 4-day stay. The facilities were cleaned every morning, which was a nice thing! The pod even has an alarm which will cut on the lights and raise the bed into a sitting position. This made it very easy to wake up! I would definitely stay here again!

Best Bang for a Backpacker's Buck”
The Millennials is more akin to a hostel than a traditional capsule hotel, but the place was a fantastic base for my time in Tokyo. As far as amenities go, they provide an amenity kits and pajama rentals to help you sleep at night. Their shower rooms and bathroom were clean and the capsules offered generous space with a neat system where your iPod Touch can turn your bed into a sofa at anytime. The capsule hostel also hosts a happy hour serving Kirin and Suntory Premium from 5:30 to 6:30, perfect for meeting fellow travelers coming to Japan.

Central, Clean and Spacious”
Awesome pod hotel, quite large beds comparing to other places I’ve stayed in. Thin roll up curtain to separate you from the outside world (definitely bring ear plugs!). Dim lights on the floor at all times, giving it a peaceful atmosphere. About 20 pods on each floor, 3 shares showers and one washing/drying machine. Also conference/working area on the 3rd floor, but while I was there it was booked for private events about 50% of the time so don’t expect to get much work done if you travel on business. Overall I loved the place and cleanliness and would definitely stay again!

Great location in Shibuya ”
Great price and in a really good location. Its very clean and has a really cool lounge to hang out and chat with other travelers. Especially during the free beer hour. Beds are plush and soft. Has showers and toilets on every floor which is a plus. It a cool , modern, hip place in my opinion. Just a 5 min walk to Shibuya station and the famous Shibuya crossing. Tons of places to eat and drink in walking distance. I will be staying here again next time I coming to Tokyo.

Best Choice for solo travelers”
My first time in Japan, and picked this hotel to experience staying in a capsule hotel. But this is no capsule hotel - this is a hotel and provides what I need and more for my first solo trip to Japan. Just a 6min walk from Shibuya crossing. The location is perfect. Situated close to the busiest intersection, but the hotel is far from the chaos. It's clean, and secure for a lady traveller like me. Highly recommend staying here and I will definitely 100% book again.

this was an amazing place to stay at. super close to the shibuya crossing, location was so centralised. the bed was comfortable enough and the facilities were great, bathroom and toilets were clean and they had a communal space for everyone which doesn't get overly crowded. free beer from 5.30 -6.30 which is always great. you get an ipod touch to control your bed, lights and fan which was super high tech. 10/10

Loved Millennials, the bed was so much more comfortable than I expected. It was really quiet and everyone was very respectful around this. The communal area was beautiful & the free beer hour is great for socialising. Guests were of mixed age from younger to older which was nice. The showers were super clean and great. The luggage storage underneath the bed is spacious and would fit most medium suitcases. Loved it!

Sparkling Clean, Modern Space, Perfect for Business Trips”
I was here on a long layover visiting a friend, however I almost wished I could have some work to do so I could better enjoy The Millennials' beautiful work areas. The community kitchen is an absolutely adorable concept, and amenities are always kept in pristine condition. Private area layouts are much more convenient than most "capsule" hotels I've experienced, since the washrooms are more accessible and there is more space to keep belongings. The space feels more like a mini hotel room, and is much less claustrophobic than other capsule hotels. The smart-technology and central location justifies the slightly higher price. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo~!

It was a good experience. I was staying in the female floor. The atmosphere is very relaxing and quite. I was able to get a very good rest for my layover in Japan. The washroom and shower facilities are very clean. Also big thumbs for slide doors. Big space for my largest luggage. Location at heart of everywhere I wanted to go. Will definitely come back.

One of the best pods in Tokyo”
It has a very good location, cool ambience and a very professional and helpful staff especially Naoko and Aki. Special mention also to the clean rooms and bathrooms. Had a really good sleep”
It might be a no-frills hostel, but it’s one that’s right up there in terms of comfort. I also like it that it’s super clean and quiet in the ladies dorm. The highlight for me was the built-in silent bed alarm, during which the bed would rise every 3secs. It woke me right up considering I’m a really deep sleeper.

The staff were welcoming and friendly upon check-in. The location is easy to navigate from/to the metro. As a first time visitor to Tokyo, on a 48hr layover, I had a great time and loved coming back to the hotel for a most comfortable rest. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Modern, convenient stay”
Great location and the place is very modern. Sleek, with very nice common rooms. It is about 3-4 minutes away from Shibuya station and a short walk away from Harajuku. The staff were nice and the room/amenities were all clean. Would recommend for a modern take on a capsule hotel.

Clean, convenient and great people ”
Pros: Great location Amazing facility Friendly staff Comfy beds Clean showers and toilets Free beer! There is enough space to store a medium size luggage bag and a backpack under the bed. Cons: Some guests talked really loudly in the sleeping areas. May be a sign can fix that. Also, we saw a guys walking completely nude to the showers which can be a bit scaring. Again, a sign could fix that too. Pros outweigh the cons though.

Good for solo travellers on a budget”
It was my first time staying in such a unique space - having your own private room separated from others via a pull-down screen in a shared floor. There are floors with mixed stayers too. Bathrooms and toilets are clean. Free breakfast daily in the pantry level is a plus too!!
