A modern hotel with superb views ”
A well designed and tasteful hotel in the metropolitan Tokyo. All staff are well trained except surprisingly the tall manager in the breakfast restaurant. When he saw us waiting outside, he still spent one minute to talk to his subordinate before approaching us.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend”
The hotel is in superb location, staff were very friendly, helpful and were all able to communicate in English. It is located in the heart of the business district, very close to public transportation as well. The rooms are very clean, the hotel in general are a quite getaway even though it is amongst one of the most bustling area. Could not have asked for a better experience.

A fabulous hotel”
Love this hotel!!! The room was sublime: an amazing view of Tokyo skyline. The concierges were always helpful in finding restaurants for us to eat and making reservations. They even mailed an oversized package for us to the US. The staff was always cheerful. The only downside was the food. The breakfast menu was pricey and not up to the quality of the outstanding hotel services. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Staff and Facilities ”
Our last night in Tokyo we decided to stay at The Prince Gallery, to unwind and relax. It was totally worth the price. Our room was incredible, the gym and spa great! The staff was extremely professional and accommodating. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town.

Luxurious hotel with impeccable attention to detail”
My husband and I splurged in the Prince Gallery for a 2-night stay to round off our honeymoon trip in Japan. And this is one the best decisions we have made! The check-in receptionist was extremely pleasant and changed our room to one with a better view once she found out that it was our honeymoon. After check-in, we went out for dinner and came back to an absolutely wonderful surprise in our room. Beautiful little gifts were prepared and ready for us when we got back in honor of our honeymoon. Those little touches made all the difference in our final stay in Tokyo ! Needless to say, service was flawless and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. Thank you for making our final stay in Tokyo to be such a memorable one :)

INCREDIBLE”
Just do it. Treat yourself to the Prince Gallery. The rooms, the service, the club lounge, the restaurants... all amazing. The only potential drawback could be the location, but that's ONLY if you're wanting to stay in a nightlife-centric neighborhood like Shinjuku. But it's extremely close to 2 train stations and still a great, safe neighborhood overall, fitting for a 5-star hotel.

Wow. What an amazing experience.”
My husband and I have certainly stayed in bigger and more expensive suites, but we've never had the level of customer service we enjoyed here. We were showered with polite attention, champagne, a free sake tasting, delicious food up in the club (which was a part of the suite we booked), and polite attentiveness. The room and bathroom were also incredible. We overlooked the location of the original Imperial Palace, and taking a bath with floor to ceiling windows above the 30th floor was a treat. We also enjoyed the restaurant and cocktail bar. It was our last evening in Japan on our honeymoon, so we decided to splash out both on the hotel and on dinner at the contemporary Japanese restaurant. The food was delicious and the presentation innovative and playful. I think the only slight down note was the service in the bar area. The bar itself is stunning -- like the decor all over the hotel. However, it was incredibly busy and we had to ask for assistance twice. Besides that, perfect.

A special treat!”
Our last hotel to visit for our week long stay in Japan and we were very pleased from the moment we walked into the reception on floor 36. Awesome views!!!! Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful artwork placed about. My absolute favorite though was the smoke out wall between the bedroom and bathroom - so very cool and fun! I also loved sitting on the window bench and working on the computer right next to the awesome view from the 32 floor. We only took taxis to and from so I don't know exactly how far it is from any type of train or bus stop/station. Neighborhood is very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Kind Associates!”
The front desk associates are very kind, and the room was clean. We told them about the anniversary and they provided chocolate and macaron, and we enjoyed it. The view was good, however the hotel is located little bit away from the station. But the concierge was kind, very good at English and the explanation was really detail, so it was not that big problem. It was first time in Japan, we had very lovely time!

Amazing ”
Had no idea where we were going and were very impressed. Room was luxurious, tricked out with all amenities. And what’s not like about waking up to Mt Fuji. View from 32nd floor amazing.

Definitely Recommend!”
We stayed at The Prince Gallery for 4 nights and thought it was a great hotel. The rooms are new and modern, and the shower is very nice. We had a view of the city and Mt. Fuji from our room. The staff is very nice and eager to help. We were heading to Osaka next and my husband wanted tickets to an event that was sold out online. The concierge was able to get us the tickets and arranged for us to pick them up when we arrived in Osaka. The hotel felt less westernized than some of the other luxuryI hotels in Tokyo and Osaka, which we liked. One downside is there was only 1 english channel on tv. Not a huge deal since we were out of the room most of the time, but would have been nice to have more options in that respect. overall it was an excellent hotel (especially for the price) and we would definitely stay there again.
