The hotel provides convenience to its guest. The bus stops in front of the hotel from Narita airport. It also offers shuttle service to Disneyland, Disney Sea and Shin Uruyasu station, so you can connect to the main train stations. Staff is corteous and honest. My 3 year-old left her sunglasses on the shuttle bus and it was returned to us. We were also given a room with a sea view, which is nice. The room is spacious which is a far cry from the main city's rooms. You have ample space for luggage and showering. The place is also situated adjacent to a park and is good if you fancy a good run or a bike ride. The Lawson at the ground floor makes it convenient should you ever need to buy something. Overall, I recommend this place and will stay here again. ❤ The place and rooms looked clean. They

Default Tokyo Disney Hotel”
Love the location of this hotel to Disneyland and Disney Sea! Hospitality is top notch and the free shuttle to the parks and the train station is really convenient. There’s a convenience store at the lowest floor and the hotel is uber modern, clean and just really nice. Breakfast spread was very nice however I think the lunch option would always be better if you’re thinking of doing brunch. Otherwise, my kids loved what was available and went for the ice cream a lot of times! Love the free coffee too since Japanese coffee has consistently been flavorful and non acidic. I’d go back here every time I visit Tokyo Disney (my second time to stay here last December 2019). Highly recommend!

Big room, excellent facilities”
I have booked 2 room for 3 people as most of ppl said room in Japan is small. But when I reached there, the staff said they hv upgraded my room and each room hv 4 beds. The room were spacious and the bed were big. 1 room is enough for 5 of us. The hotel is thoughtful, it provided everything u need such as slippers & room slippers, facial cleanser, toothbrushes, comb, even facial cotton and hair rubber, Shoes dryer,air purifier,shoes brush, odour spray and so on.it provided free shutte bus to both disney theme park and shinurayasu train station where u can go to tokyo. The view is great, near seaside, restaurant found in walking distance. A hotel that is really value for money.

My room has a two large windows, one side of window facing the sea and can see sunset, the other side facing Main Street with beautiful view especially night time. Spacious, super clean and good interior design. Good choice if your main purpose is to visit Disneyland. Not so convenient when going to the downtown. (Took me two hours drive from hotel to Shibuya for dinner!). But you know, Tokyo traffic is always terrible. No complain to the hotel at all! Highly recommend if you are spending most of your time in Tokyo Bay. A little unpleasant experience with the staff who looked after shuttle bus stops. She is very rude. But I see it as individual case so still rated high in staff.

Great hotel great view great space”
The location is a bit far from disney. But they have a shuttle bus to station and disneyland & disneysea. It's really worth it to stay here. They have a lot of space room. Because usually in Japan. The hotel is kinda small. But in here, it will feel relaxing and happy because of the room has a lot of space and you can see the ocean. The breakfast, they have a lot of various food. Because I don't eat pork. But I can choose another option. There's one night. We were so hungry when arrived the hotel after spent the day in Disneyland. So I ate dinner on their restaurant with my husband (which will be close in a hour). After I paid and came inside the buffet dinner. I asked the spaghetti there, "Is there pork inside?" They said yes. But because of not so many various anymore for the food and I think the restaurant was kinda feel sad for us. Then without I was asking anything. They told me that they would cook another one with pork. I felt kinda surprised. Thankyou for your service :)

The staff was more than accommodating. They held my wifi package for me and let us check in fairly late. When we arrived, a staff member collected our bags and delivered to our rooms. They made sure we knew where everything was. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and everything was provided. I could not fault this stay. There was even a free shuttle bus to Disney, making it the perfect choice for us. I would 11/10 stay here again!

Spacious and bright room”
We loved our stay in this hotel! Check-in was a breeze. Our room was nice and spacious with a big picture window that overlooked the main road and the bay. There was more than enough space to hang our coats and for our luggage and we had six! Since we have kids, the staff prepared bedrails for their beds. There is a free shuttle going to the train station and Disneyland/Disney Sea. My only gripe is the tight squeeze in the hotel's free shuttle going to the hotel from Disneyland and Disney Sea. I feel that everyone wants to maximize their time at the theme parks and gets on the last shuttle back to the hotel. The hotel staff is well aware of this so I hope they would consider having more shuttles available during the last two hours. Other than that, we would surely stay here again when we visit again!

My husband and I opted to stay at Tokyu Hotel during our honeymoon and we never regretted a moment! The room was spacious and clean and we also had a surprise gift for our honeymoon. Great place to stay for Disney resorts”
This was a great place to stay if you're planning to go to the Tokyo Disney resorts. We got a free upgrade to the highest floor and they gave us a bottle of sparkling wine as well. Great staff and they helped us with everything. If you're using LFT , there is a desk on the right of the check in counter with a tablet. There you can check in your bags for transfer. The shuttle buses to Disney and the train station are very frequent. The Lawson's downstairs is super useful. We had an amazing time at this hotel and can't believe the amount of space there is!

Stayed 2 nights here, easy access on bus from Narita airport and welcome you with very warm and friendly service. They also take your bags to your room too (no tip or money required)!!! We went to Disneyland next day and so easy to use bus/free shuttle there and back. Breakfast is amazing!! Room is huge and so clean too!! So recommend to everyone!

New hotel (opened in 2018), big clean rooms with comfortable beds, fridge, TV, and every other room amenities which you can find at luxuries 5 star hotels. Our room has a shoes sanitizer, too. Nice view of ocean and park even Mt. Fiji if the weather is clear from our room on 16th floor. Shuttle services to train startion and Disneyland. A plaesent stay...

Under the circumstances of our stay (14 day quarantine before proceeding to our final destination, we could not have stayed at a nicer place. The staff was helpful, accommodating, and very understanding. Top notch, view was beautiful, room and beds comfortable. Stayed here for 2 nights with my sister and aunt. We got the triple room, which is huge. The space is big, the room is clean. The beds are also big , and comfortable. There is a free shuttle going to DisneySea and back to the hotel. The staffs are really helpful and nice. The view is also great. We enjoyed our stay.

We were treated well and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was large enough for 2 adults and 2 children. It was cleaned and maintained to a high standard every day. There is shuttle bus that runs regularly to the train station and to Disney Land. The location of the hotel is in a nice open area near the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel right near Disneyland & Disneysea. Free shuttle to both as well as station where Aeon Shopping Mall is located. Hotel is modern. Rooms are large. Toilet separate to shower room. Nice walk along seafront. View from rooms amazing. See ships at sea, planes taking to the sky and descending. At night lights amazing. Complimentary bottled water for duration of stay and complimentary wine on arrival. Nice touch. Only cons. Breakfast is expensive unless you are a big eater. Only one english TV station which is not a major problem. Highly recommended. Family group of 9 adults & 4 kids aged 1, 3, 4, 5.

PROS: - Huge rooms, bigger than some US hotels, and so efficiently designed with comfortable beds. - Hot water pot in room to reconstitute any yummy noodle soups you buy from Lawson store inside hotel. - Convenience store inside hotel for snacks or even meals. - So clean. - Free shuttle service to and from both Disney parks & train station; very easy to get around. - Loved the warmed toilet seat & bidet. - Staff is very accommodating. CONS: - Beware there are no drawers for storage - you live out of your luggage. There is a hanging closet. - Staff speaks little to no English. Download Google Translator on your phone. - Hotel location is far away from everything. But train station is close by & will get you to many places. We took train into Shibuya & spent the day. We took train to Chiba and spent day in Costco & the shopping malls next door. - Few eating places near hotel. Eating places are plenty near the train station. We enjoyed the food court there, very inexpensive & delicious.

This hotel provide free shuttle bus to both disneyland and disneysea as well as shin urayasu station. I booked a twin room however they upgrade my room to superior twin room which has 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds upon my check in. The room is incredibly spacious and I love it so much. They even provide facial toner and moisturizer. This is must stay hotel in Tokyo especially if you are planning to go disney resort! The shampoo and conditioner is awesome and hair dryer is high quality!
