Good Value for the Money”
I found Tokyo Garden Palace comfortable, clean, and very reasonably priced. Compared with other hotels in the area it was a much better value. The breakfast was excellent as well. I will stay there again when the need arises.

Suite à une erreur de date, j'ai demandé à pouvoir changer les dates erronés et que soi les bonnes dates soient modifier directement soit que je puisse annuler sans frais et relouer des chambres aux bonnes dates. L'hôtel a refusé et a débiter ma carte bleu. Ceci alors que je suis un client régulier de l'hôtel et que je prends régulièrement des chambres. HONTEUX

I needed to book a hotel last minute as my travel plans had to change due to weather. This place was the most reasonable of the bunch. It was pretty nice. The room was comfortable and that's really all I needed. I arrived late and left in the morning, so I can't really comment on the facilities or anything else .

Reliable and satisfactory business hotel”
I stay here frequently and over the many years I have stayed here I have never had a bad experience. The traditional restaurant is quite good for lunch or dinner. Breakfast is buffet is "just right". I come because the location is next to my business contact, but I have no reason to look for another hotel.

Close to Tokyo Dome for Games and Concerts”
Family of four with a 15 and 17 year old. Chose location due to proximity to Tokyo Dome to see Taylor Swift! Mom and daughter took a quick taxi ride there and walked in the evening when done. While there's not much to see in the immediate vicinity, the rail station is less than 5 minutes away and just a few stops from Shinjaku and Shibuya. There are also plenty of restaurants close to the station. Hotel staff was very friendly and accomodations were great. Family room with twins for adults and two futons on the tatami mats for the kids. There's a small restaurant on site but we did not eat there. If you are seeing a baseball game or concert at the Dome and want to be able to walk there I recommend the Tokyo Garden Palace Hotel.

Easy access to trains so travelling is convenient. Area is quiet at night with very few food choices and restaurant so will need to make sure you have dinner n food before returning to htoel

We purchased the b'fast buffet which was good with lots of choices. Room windows do not open so had to use A/C, which we prefer not to, as it gets cold/breezy. Later we figured out we could use the portable fan/dehumidifier (?) - not quite sure what it was but it helped with keeping the room cool.

Everything excellent, service, hygiene also hotel location not to far to access subways or train station. Only one thing have to be improve is internet connection, maybe because of to many customer so its a littlebit slow or lost connection sometime.

Hotel located in a nice area and very easy to visit everywhere. Very nice room and bathroom, you can totally relax when you go back to hotel. The staffs doesn't really understand English , but still friendly and helpful. Highly recommend ：)

I had to see dr. And go to TMDU hospital after co,but they refused to carry there. It is only 100m. Cruelty. Disappointed !

10 minute walk to train stations”
it was ok and thats it. nothing else was available at the time. its a 10minute walk to ochanomiya station and around 15mins to akihabara. we left luggages for around 4 days while we travelled to hakone and kyoto and that was good.

Great Location and a Comfortable Hotel”
It was a really nice stay. The hotel was really nice, clean and comfortable. I booked the hotel for myself and my mother and I was really proud when we checked-in to a nice hotel for such a fair price.
