Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean room. Closely located to train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good. We stayed there for 8 nights and did not find any fault during that time. Really good value for the money. If we ever return to Tokyo, we would likely choose this hotel again.

Hotel close to everything ”
If you like kpop or anything korean, this is the place to be! You’re smack in the middle of shin Okubo which is a large korea town within Shinjuku. The hotel was clean, friendly and close to tons of attractions. It was also a great value for your money. I would stay here a 100% again and would recommend to everyone.

Great staff in a perfect location”
The staff at the hotel are always friendly and will help you in anyway they can. Great location in a lively area. Close to station is always handy. The rooms are clean and considering people always say they hate the small rooms in Japan. My room was really big. Overall this hotel is one I will definitely look to stay at again!!

The place is just a few steps away from shin-okubo station. There are a lot of restaurants and stores like family mart, 711, ramen resto etc. We used thebplace mainly for sleeping at night since we are out and about most of the day. They clean the room everyday. Designated location for smoking guests.

We love this hotel, it’s clean, close to everything, shops, restaurants and 2 train stations. The staff were friendly, had a microwave in the guest lounge and also provided hot and cold purified water. Smoking at the guest lounge room was not good for kids and for everyone. Smoking room must be separated.

Great location and value for money”
The location is very good as it just around a 3 to 4 minute walk away from the JR Shin-Okubo station. There are also lots of restaurants and convenient stores right outside the hotel (There’s a Don Quijote right beside the hotel). Shinjuku is around a 15-20 minute walk if you want to walk there. The hotel was clean and the hotel staff were all very nice and attentive. They also speak English (and also Korean) so everything was a breeze. They also have a vending machine, a purified water dispenser, a microwave on the 6th floor guest lounge. My only wish is that they’d have a more varied breakfast set menu, but all in all, it was a great value for money.

Tokyo Plaza Hotel is an excellent place to stay with a great location in Shinjuku ! It is close to the Okubu station. The room was very tidy and clean and the staff was very helpful and polite.

Korean staffs who can speak fluent Japanese and English. Great location, just between Shinokubo stn. and Okubo stn. Lots of restaurants, shops, drugstores near by, and Don-Quijote right next to it. Staffs clean the room at 11 in the morning or 3 afternoon every day. Nice and clean room, accessible to hot water. Overall satisfactory. 한국인분들께 특히 추천드립니다. 5일정도 묵었었는데 만족했습니다. 친절한 한국인 스태프분들 계시고 방은 깨끗합니다. 무엇보다 위치가 깡패여서 추천드립니다..일본의 2호선급 야마노테선 신오쿠보역과 신주쿠가 가까워서 좋아요. 추천드립니다.

I hanged out in tokyo with my friends most of the time, so I was most of the time coming back to the hotel very late and the people working were always so nice with me ! Because yes, It might seems obvious that you can come back to the hotel anytime of the night, but it was my first time completely alone so I wasn't sure.. Anyway ! It's a really good spot since it's close to two stations. It's only 15minutes walking to shinjuku ! 100% recommend

Great experience. Room is average for Japan, however the location was incredibly convenient and staff was phenomenal! The hotel is situated less than 5 minutes from Shin-Okubo station, right on the JR Yamanote line which makes is super easy to get around the city. Only downfall is the area around the hotel can be a bit noisy at times, but I didn’t find myself noticing any loud noises at night, so it wasn’t a huge problem. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Good hotel for trains and amenities. Larger than normal room and more importantly, a softer bed than us usual. The only down side was extremely noisy and inconsiderate Chinese tourists in the other rooms talking loudly and banging about in the corridor with there doors wide open until two in the morning and before you gripe, I speak mandarin and I also had to confront them as reception didn’t! Reception was informed in the morning. Apart from that a really decent hotel. ,

Hotel is located in a perfect location, close to 2 subway stations approx 5 minutes away. If you're someone who LOVES Korean food (yummy!) and KPOP, this is a perfect spot for you to stay. Also, BESIDE a Don Quijote store! And I had to take out 1 star out because there's no elevator from the lobby going up to front desk. We had very HEAVY luggage and luckily the staff helped us take our luggage up and down the stairs. Great staff, very helpful! Another thing too, which I think would really help other travellers. If you are planning on leaving your luggage at the hotel due to a later flight, they can only keep you luggage until a certain time, (I forgot exactly what time, i think either 1pm or 2pm) after that they charge. I think it's because they only have limited space for luggage storage. I would recommend taking a cab going to/from the hotel if you have BIG, HEAVY luggage because there's no elevator in the shin-okubo station and also streets are very very busy there.

Comfy bed with great location.”
The room we had was big and the bed is big and comfy. The location was great as it is in the middle of 2 train stations where Okubo station has an elevator, but Shin Okubo is the main line for tourists. The staff was very useful and friendly. Our stayed was perfect.

Our first time to Tokyo, really happy to book with this hotel. Not only that the staff are friendly and helpful. It is located half a block from Shin-Okubo train station and Shibuya is 4 stops away. A lot of eateries, fast food, Don Quijote are in the vicinity.

Really good location, although not the usual pick by Malaysian tourists. Very convenient nonetheless, closest station is just 2 mins away on foot, sooo many konbinis nearby and next to a donquijote. Halal food and surau just around the corner. Will definitely book again if I have the chance to visit Tokyo again!

My Go To Hotel whenever I visit Tokyo”
Have been staying at this hotel every single time I came to Tokyo. Price is very reasonable compared to other hotels that are further with lesser amenities nearby. The hotel is sandwiched between two train station which are less than 5 mins walk away only. A JR station and a non JR station. This area is known as the little Korea town in Tokyo so there’s a lot of eateries and shops around. Grocery store, convenience store, 24 hours eatery, even a newly opened 24 hours don quijote just beside! Highly highly recommend this hotel. Staff are friendly and most importantly they even will keep my luggage for me safely when I sent it over from Osaka for a few days for no charges as I was Flying from Osaka to Hokkaido for a few days. Comfortable beds, nice shower and room size. Looking forward to my next stay in Tokyo at this hotel!
