Good hotel, five minutes walk from Hamacho station”

This is a wonderful hotel which provides good Japanese breakfast. It provides regular shuttle services to Tokyo Station between 6-11 a.m. I was able to get to Tokyo station very quickly to catch my trains to Kamakura and Nikko.

The hotel is about 5 mins walk from Hamacho metro station. The rooms are quite big compare to other tokyo hotel we stay before and very clean. Breakfast was a little crowded in the hotel lobby and served Japanese food

Good for value”

Nice place with perfect staff. Great advantage is frequent shuttle bus to Tokyo station. But the room smelled horribly with cigarettes.

Value for my money”

It was really pleasant. The staff could speak adequate English and they offer a free shuttle to the station. The food was delicious. If you hate the smell of smoke though, don't book a smoking room because the smell doesn't go away.

Loved our stay at Toyoko Inn. The buffet breakfast wasn't anything exciting but delicious none the less. Handy having a free shuttle bus to the station with suitcases. The staff were very friendly and spoke adequate English. We loved the location as there were restaurants and stations all within 1km of the hotel.

Our stay was quite good. The hotel is centrally located, just 1-2 min walk from Hamacho metro station. There are a lot of shops and supermarkets in the area. The stuff is very friendly, although some of them don't speak english. The rooms are not big (which is normal for Tokyo), but they are very clean. We'd recommend this hotel.

Convenient hotel with friendly staff”

Staff service and friendliness was very good, they were always happy to help. We found the hotel easily as it was near to the metro station. Rooms were clean with access to WIFI. Breakfast was a little crowded in the hotel lobby but served good Japanese cuisine, more than you get for free in most Japanese hotels!

La mejor opción para quien no quiere gastar mucho”

Hemos pasado para la última noche en tokio (3.enero.2015) y hemos repentido de no haber usado este hotel para mas días porque realmente esta genial para el precio que piden. Sobretodo el servicio del bus gratis que no lleva hasta la estación de tokio y nos vienen a buscar hasta la estación de tokio es realmente fantástico. Lástima que no hemos podido aprovechar el desayuno (de 7h a 9h) ya que teníamos salir antes para irnos a Narita airport. Pero supongo que no estaba nada mal. No está situado en el centro pero en 10 minutos llegamos a la estación de tokio con el bus gratuito. En 10 minutos a pie para llegar a muchos restaurantes y a 5 minutos para llegar a las tiendas como seven eleven y familymart de 24horas. RECOMENDADO!

廁所水箱滴水，反映後轉房，到另一房，發覺開冷水出來是超熱的水，冷氣出口壞左有聲响，插電位離脫等問題！其他都ok,將價就貨，住左5天！

出了地铁站还要走一段不短的距离。酒店设施有点老。临着高架桥但是也算安静。

下次去的话不会选这家了”
