Agoda's book now pay later arrangement is great but it could have problems. I had been travelling for more than a week and did not receive my hotel voucher before I left home. The two hotels I stayed in before coming to Tokyo were not able to print anything for me. Fortunately, all the hotels I stayed in in Japan do not seem to require a hard copy of the hotel voucher. Knowing this I downloaded the hotel voucher into my smartphone and showed to the reception when I got there. It worked here but this may not work in other countries. The hotel was easy to find. Coming out of the west exit of the train station, it's across the road diagonally to the left. There are direct train services to both Haneda and Narita airports from this train station, no transfers required. The hotel room I had was the typical layout of budget hotel rooms in Japan with the standard modular bathroom. What's different is that only the toothbrush in provided in the bathroom. The shaver and the robe has to be picked up from shelves on the ground floor facing the lift. Breakfast selection is as common limited. Sitting is also very limited as the there are only six small tables and a counter so sometimes waiting for a seat is necessary. WiFi was available but it required a setting up, not just a password. I was not successful so I simply plugged the LAN cable into my good old netbook. I'm so glad I brought my netbook instead of my tablet.
