Great service ”
The service was excellent. I booked 2 rooms for me and my parent. I was worried if my parent unable to check in as we cant communicate because no roaming. But the hotel let them check in without me present as i made the booking. They were so happy with the service and keep telling relative that the hotel was so good. Will looking forward to stay in this hotel again.

The amenity around the Inn, it’s wonderful, this are just walking distance- 1) pastries, 2)Pizza, 3)Guardian, 4)Coffee Bean, 5)Supermarket and 6)ATMs. The room is Clean, Bed is wonderful to rest on after a day of sightseeing. If your there in a big family there’s connecting rooms aswell. Just remember to keep the Air Conditioner on when you leave your room, otherwise it will take around 30-45min for your room to me cold. I deeply have to mention this, the two housekeepers, they made my stay wonderful, this two ladies not just take care of my room they even assist me in updating me on my delivery of my laundry and others. With that I give housekeepers in the Inn 5 stars service Will definitely return to have my repeat stay there!

One of the best hotel in Brunei”
First and foremost, i would like to thank the front counter for doing her good job. She's ensure the safety of the customer and very helpful. If i'm not mistaken her name is Darlyn. She didn't reveal my info to strangers, help me to climb the stairs with my 2 kids and lots of stuff in my hands. She's so kind hearted. This hotel also located in a very strategic place where supermarket and restaurants are nearby. No complaints about this hotel.It's a 3 stars hotel with 5 stars service I would say. Thank you for the great hospitality. I really appreciate it and may god bless.

Always enjoyed our stay”
The hotel accommodated to our request for larger beds and we got them! So happy! Aside from the perfect location, the overall cleanliness and the staff, we enjoyed our staycation except for the tv channels, most were in Chinese, so we end up netflix-ing and youtube-ing. Will stay again!

Location of hotel is best, next to a big supermarket, downstairs of hotel got new restaurant with nice food. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Hotel stuffed with drinking water machine , provided hot and cold water.

Good aircon and wifi, as always. A good place to stay. However, this time with a different room, i can feel the bed needs to be replaced as it is getting worn out. Pillows too. Although not under the control of the hotel, other guests were slamming doors during the night. Sigh.
