Great location to visit the fish market ”

Pretty big room comparing to Tokyo's standards. Friendly staff and very clean room. Good location to visit the fish market and Ginza. Many shops and good restaurants around. The only bad point would be the 10.00 am check out, a bit too early. 11.00 would be better.

Very polite and accomodating staff”

I like that the staff allow us to early check in at 12pm although its a couple of hours early for a normal check-in. Very considerate to us. The room is spacious, able to spread our 2 big luggage on the floor. Excellent! Hotel could be improved if they could clear out the smoke smell in the hotel and lobby. Room is generally ok, no smell at all.

Best value and location for visiting Tsukiji”

Staff was helpful, and hotel was easily found. Very near to tsukiji and easily accessible by the metro Tsukiji station. it is also very fun to walk from Tsukiji all the way to Ginza crossing. Would stay again for the value as the room was big compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan.

Pleasant Experience ”

Staff is friendly, facilities are satisfactory. 10 mins walk to Tsukiji station and 5 mins walk to Tsukiji Fish Market. The stay is value for money. I would recommend it to travellers who want to experience the Tsukiji Fish Market. Note only the outer market (food sellers and restaurants) are there. The auction market has moved to Toyosu.

Very good location near Tsuukijii mkt and metro. Staff friendly and speaks English. Only downside is that room is very small like most hotels in Japan.

Staff is friendly and helpful, although when we back to the hotel whole building electric break down, staff manage to move us to another property which is this very good for us. Thank you for the help. Location is good which near Tsukiji market and MRT.

Just stayed overnight in Tsukiji Business Ban. Hotel is located just in front of Tsukiji market. Very near train station, convenience store, Ginza, restaurants. Check in and out very fast. The rooms are quite small especially the double beds. I suggest get twin beds for 2 persons staying in one room. Going to Narita airport is also very convenient. You can walk to Ginza station and get a direct train to Narita airport. It took us about 10-12 minutes to get to Ginza station from hotel. Or you can take train from Tsukiji station, it is only 2 stops to Ginza. We enjoyed staying in Tsukiji Business Ban hotel because we love going to Tsujiki and Ginza. Both are very near the location of hotel

Really SoftBank?”

Great location, that’s about it. Selected the property because we felt a SoftBank investment in its home country would be good. Like WeWork, huge mistake. The asset was like time traveling to the 1970s and in dire need of a PIP renovation. Less than helpful staff too.
