The hotel is easy to get to. They have a valet parking system complimentary for all hotel guests. It’s a plus as parking is very limited in the area. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel also provide free sandwiches as breakfast delivered to our room daily. Loved our stay there and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Great place to stay in”
Ventimo Hotel provides valet service if you manage to park in the hotel. However, if there are no more parking spaces available, you will need to park opposite the hotel (which was very convenient too!) Staff were very friendly and polite. The reception area had a lounge bar whereby you can take ice / water / utensils. If you walk further down behind the hotel you will reach a shopping & eating district. Room was clean and gorgeous with a nice sea view; however, the layout of the toilet was not optimised, as the toilet door partially blocked the sink.

It was a really well needed, comfortable stay even for a night. The room was spacious and clean, and they'll kindly park your car for you when you arrive. ALL the staff were so friendly and helpful, and could converse very well in English. A special thumbs up for Kelvin who patiently guided us in explanation to nearby eateries when we asked for recommendations. Very near the airport, great location for those like us who want a city stay before heading outskirts of Jeju, vice versa.

Beautiful boutique hotel”
I like this hotel as soon as I walked into my room to enjoy the ocean view from the large window.The room is so spacious with comfortable bed, a modern walk in shower and spotless clean. The heated wooden floor accommodate us so well in the winter cold day. The hotel also provides the free laundry washing machines and the dryers so we can pack light for our luggage. Staffs are so polite, speaking good English and very helpful. Thanks for your help and the delicious complimentary sandwiches plus fruit for breakfast during our 4 nights stays. Location is good with a lot of restaurants on the back streets, just 5 min walk. The convenience store is just around the corner. Bus stop for local transport is 2min walking. If you can use the Naver map very well then this hotel is a bonus. You can catch the bus to go everywhere in the Jeju island. I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel for my future holiday.

Fantastic hotel ”
Really a fantastic hotel in Jeju with every amenity one would need. The rooms are large and with comfortable beds, great air conditioner. There’s a nice little gym as a well as free laundry machines (you only need to pay for detergent). They offer free breakfast sandwiches and give two bottles of water a day. There is also free valet parking. The hotel is right next to a convenience store where you can buy snacks and drinks and also within a few minutes of many restaurants. Altogether a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend it!

Clean and big room, with friendly staff that are able to speak good English and can help with booking taxis. Location is near Jeju airport and there are many food options near the hotel (hotel also has a QR code that you can scan with food recommendations). Breakfast sandwich is great! And washing machine and dryer are free for use (have to bring/ buy detergent though). Only complaint would be there is only 1 lift servicing all the floors, it can take quite a while to use if many people are coming and going at that time.

Booked through Agoda and got a pretty good deal for a family of 4 with 2 elderly parents. Got a suite that has 2 rooms and a small living room, each room is equipped with a bathroom and toilet. 1 room has 2 twin beds and the other room has 1 queen bed. Though the bathrooms are a little small, the suite is clean and cosy. Small kitchenette has a fridge, cups, electric kettle and a microwave. Take note there is no toothbrush and toothpaste provided so it'd be good to bring your own or buy it from the vending machine at the hotel lobby pantry at level 1. Some rooms might have missing remote control for the air conditioners (we experienced that and knew other guests had similar experience too). Highlighted to the hotel staff and they provided one immediately. Hotel provides free sandwiches daily for breakfast which was quite delicious. Guests can also grab coffee from the vending machine at level 1 pantry, and there is a convenient store right next to the hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful in helping us booked taxis and answering enquiries. Overall a pleasant stay at Ventimo Hotel.

Staff service was excellent (even the lady who did room service/cleaning would greet me every morning) and the location was 10 mins away by bus from Jeju airport. If you plan to travel mainly by public transport in Jeju Island and would like an accessible hotel within Jeju City, this fits the bill. There are multiple bus stops that connect to intercity bus routes and I had no problems with taxis as well. Loved the morning sandwiches (simple but filling) and everything is just as described in the hotel listing. Check in and checkout were super smooth and I really have no complaints. I will definitely love to stay here again next time I visit Jeju.

I really enjoyed the stay at Ventimo hotel. This hotel is condo-style, very new. Interior design is tasteful. The staffs are very friendly. Offered free sandwiches as breakfast. 10-15mins walking distance to the duty-free shop and many high-rating restaurants

Room is very spacious, neat and clean. Even comes with free sandwich for breakfast due to a current promotion. Right beside the hotel is a convenient store. Only thing inconvenient is that the hotel does not provide toothbrushes. They have all the other supplies like soap and shampoo, just not toothbrush which you have to purchase from a vending machine downstairs. But overall, it's a great stay. Recommended.

Stay at ventimo Hotel was great! Staff was kind and allowed early checked in (with additional top up). Hotel was near to the bus stop, less than 5 mins walk away. Convenient place, very near to airport so don't have to worry about being late to the airport. Love the free sandwich as well! Free laundry (need to buy detergent from vending machine) was a life saver though might need to queue at times as many are using.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much. Our room was clean and it had everything we needed. The hotel gave us complimentary sandwich daily- which was a pleasant surprise! Use of laundromat was free of charge which a big plus! Would love to stay here again when we're back in Jeju. Thank you to all Ventimo staff for having made our Christmas holiday stay hassle-free. This hotel exceed my expectations! The room is very clean and there is enough lights in the room. The hotel provides breakfast as well in the morning and the staff were able to speak english as well. I would stay in this hotel again and highly recommended!

This was an enjoyable stay. The room was very spacious and quiet, the staff were very friendly. The only downside is the location, it is a bit of a walk to restaurants/shopping street as well as other attractions in Jeju, but it is close enough to the airport and easy enough to call a taxi or catch a bus from the hotel. Another small con would be on our last night at the hotel, it rained quite heavily, and we noticed that there was water leaking from the window in the morning.. but this caused no issue for us personally as our bed/luggage was situated away from the leak. Otherwise it was a good stay and we would recommend.

Hotel is ~5 mins taxi ride from airport and near to a few car rental companies if you are renting cars in Jeju. First impression is all the staff are very welcoming when you step in. Room is clean with daily housekeeping done. Bed and pillows are comfortable too. Free valet parking to help park car in vertical parking lots. Have to come back earlier if want to park there as limited parking lots, if not have to park opposite the road open parking. Very good gesture that the hotel provided a black bag in the room for free sandwiches every morning. Just leave that bag outside the night before.

This is the best decision I have made. Good location.10 mins ride from airport. Surrounded by restaurants and convenience store is next door. Facilities are great- laundry room n gym. They also offer super delicious sandwiches every morning.

Lovely Hotel With Lovely Staff”
I stayed for 5 nights in Nov - Dec. The room is not very big, but the available space has been very creatively used to maximum effect. Very clean and well maintained, maybe also because it is new. The Staff at the hotel is a very pleasant lot of people. The Concierge staff can speak reasonable good English, and they are very helpful and courteous. The hotel is located just a short walking distance from the main town thoroughfare. Will likely choose Ventimo again on my next travel to Jeju.

Staff were really helpful, they will help to park your car if you are driving there, just give them a call 10mins before heading out and they will get it ready. Room is not that spacious as expected but really clean and cozy. Free sandwiches provided each morning is really good.
