Friendly staff and good location ”
We stayed here for a week.We had a good time. -Overall everything was good, friendly staff especially Shama( she's 5 stars in customer service) and Marvin ( he deserve to get 5 stars too) they went above and beyond in everything and also Mercedes and Una. Housekeeper she was cleaning our room everyday and changing towels -Good restaurants,there is variety cuisines (Italian, Asian,seafood..) just make sure you reserve with concierge in the morning. -Location is good, 30mins from airport, 5 mins walk from Atlantis , 15 mins walk from cabbage beach and also 5mins walk to the ferry if you want to go for day trip. -We also enjoyed a short cycle tour with Linden and Peter. There is free bike

I has a great time at the Warwick. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and made sure my friends I were o.k. Ian the waiter is a gem Linden and the other resort entertainers was awesome. Very joyful and kept the people entertained. I would go back. Hopefully they will lift the nose swab soon to enter the Bahamas. I know safety first but I dislike having to pay $250 @ the airport before they left you get on a plane.

My staying with my husband was amazing the food was great the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful the pool is amazing and the hotel is to die for we never had to leave the property for anything they have everything on site including Entertainment

My husband and I had a lovely 1 week stay here - our first time at an all-inclusive. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the food was good (highly recommend the Italian restaurant personally), and there is a good amount of 'organized fun' without being de trop. Highly recommend.

I've been to a lot of all-inclusive resorts and this place was average at best. Some of the staff members were very nice but others really didn't even bother saying hi or even looking at you. The food was average and the the entertainment was average. The pool, music, beach and shopping was amazing! Be careful because my wife and I got a stomach virus and we weren't sure if it was from the water, food or bartenders touching our straws. The walls are super thin and we had to change rooms one night because the guest s next door were so loud from being drunk and having about 5-6 people in the room. I called security 3 times from 2 - 3am and it didn't stop them. After we changed rooms the next day, we could still hear 2 old ladies every morning at 8am as if they were standing in our rooms. The rooms were basic and they only had basic cable + HBO, not much selection. Make sure to take advantage of the free shuttle to Cabbage Beach. Airport taxi is $50 each way and downtown shopping is $17 - $18 each way. The prices are way better downtown than the shopping right outside the resort. We came for our anniversary but weren't really feeling the vibe.

Make sure you book a room with a balcony ”
The hotel is nice, I wish I had realised there was no balcony, but that was my fault. Had a few issues with the room, with safe not working and plug sockets not working, but maintenance were quick to sort out. Food was best all inclusive I have had! And I am picky! The seafood restaurant and Italian were great and for a person that doesn't like buffets, I couldn't fault it. Lovely fresh food, different every day and not brown fried stuff! Would definitely go back
