Fraser Place Queens Gate Executive Studio Room”
Overall i could not complain of my stay in Fraser Gate Queens Place Kensington London. I stayed there for 17 days in an executive studio room. It was nicely designed and decorated and they have all good fasilities available. No problem with hot water as some people has reviewed here. nice and welcoming receptionists. Great locations in london can easily be reach from this hotel. For my next trip to london I would stay there again for sure.

The hotel is located very near to Gloucester road tube station, district lines, Piccadilly lines, central lines all available which connects you to Heathrow to eastern part of london. Hyde park is at walking distance, near to science museum, Albert museum, national history museum, near to lot of eateries, harrods london, the room was spacious well equipped with all kitchen appliances for food cooking, microwave, plates cooking utlesils ,tea pot kettle with milk sugar etc Washing machines. Bathroom was very neat and spacious. Living room was separate from bedroom. Two TVs. Very conveniently located to reach from any part of London at any hour even late. Safety lovers available. Breakfast was nice @10 gbp for adults and 4.6gbp for kids. Overall a fantastic hotel to stay and worth every money spent

Excellent location and value for money for a long staying family of 4”
Located 4 minutes walking distance away from Gloucester Underground Station, Tesco Express and Waitrose for convenient grocery shopping, and a foreign exchange kiosk. Note - do NOT go to the foreign exchange kiosk on the corner of Gloucester Road and Cromwell. They charge commission when you exchange money so you can easy lose US$100 for every US$600 you exchange. Instead, go to the foreign exchange on Gloucester corner Courtfield road, right beside the Gloucester station. They do not charge commission there. And if you are to take a quick visit to Paris as what we did, Fraser will hold your luggage for a fee until you come back. We absolutely love the place! Such convenience and the staff are very friendly.

Fantastic”
Fraser Place is a perfect place to stay. Booked a studio apartment and it was huge. Enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids because the sofa turned into a sofabed. We were staying for New Year's Eve and it was perfect. We invited 6 friends down for drinks before we went out and there was ample space for everyone. There is a coffee table and a sofa, as well as a dining table with 4 chairs. This would be perfect for a family visiting London as there is also a microwave, hob, crockery etc. All that you could possibly need. Occitane products in the bathroom were a nice touch.

Will definitely come again”
Arrived 2 hours early (4 pm check in), the staff greet with us with warmth and have no quibble whatsoever to allow us to check in early with no extra charge (the room was ready by the time we arrived). Stepping into a surprisingly spacious room which is equipped to a high standard, we have no complaint whatsover. For the same price, I'd get half the size of the room in the same area of the same calibre. The room was furnished elegantly with a balcony overlooking the main street but it was surprisingly quiet. (first floor) There was high spec finish hob, kitchen utensils etc. There is an on site gym at the lower ground floor kitted with state of the art gym equipment. The toilet is spacious (we were given disabled accessible room). One last thing, the room also came with a handheld device called "Handy" which I'd imagine would be amazing for foreign tourist. It is like a mobile phone of which you can take it out and about with free VOIP call service (including international call) and it also includes some tourist guide as well. All in all, I am thoroughly impressed and will definitely recommend this over other equivalently priced hotel.

spacious”
It was our first time visiting London. We chose this hotel because of the room space we saw from pictures in the website and were not disappoint. We booked the studio deluxe. The room is very nice as is in the pictures. We asked the staff to look at one and two bedrooms room for our next trip with kids. We found that only room on the first floor that has double space (floor to ceiling high). On other floors, I didn't feel spacious. I would recommend this hotel. It's near the Gloucester tube station (but you'd better checked before going because some tube lines do not stop at some stations due to the renovation). You can walked to museums and Harrods! Also, there are many restaurants around South Kensington station.

One of the rudest group of staff I've met”
The staff is the worst I have encountered in a 4 star rated establishment. I have been to many 4-5 star hotels, the staff at Queens Gate is by far the worst and the most sarcastic. The hot water in our hotel was not working and they refused to change our rooms or upgrade us. They were sarcastic and rude throughout the whole process. HORRIBLE staff. All of them need to go back to hospitality school. if you give your guest a bad experience, try to redeem the hotel by (1) upgrade to next level (2) be polite!!!! The upgrade is only GBP 12 you shouldn't risk the hotels brand name over GBP 12!!!

Location of our suite”
I was mortified when taken to our lower ground suite. Being a fresh air freak this was going to be a problem for me. we were taken to the below ground suite where the porter rushed our bags there first so that he could turn all the lights on. When lights were off the suite was very dark and airless as the windows were painted over and could not be opened. I told them I couldn't live like that in an airless place but the whole place was booked out and we could not be moved elsewhere. Shower was very slow and pathetic as well. Position of the building was very good. I felt that I should have been warned that it will be below ground level so that I could have made my choice before booking and paying for it. This should be disclosed.

Great location, professional, helpful and friendly. Good facilities in the room. ”
Minutes away from Gloucester Road station, shops, cafes and restaurants. Short walk from the Natural History Museum and Science Museum. My 4-year-old scootered to Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens with ease and it was just 3-4 bus stops away from High Street Kensington. We had a room in the basement right by Crompton Road while there was some noise during the night we didn't have any problem sleeping. The Executive Studio we stayed in was very spacious and had all the crockery we needed in the small pantry, plus a small fridge and a washer dryer. Very spacious bathroom too. It was serviced everyday and quite clean. The manager and front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying there and would stay there again myself.

Manager VIJAY and Housekeeper FLORIKA is remarkable!!”
We checked in on 23 dec 2017 and checked out on the 27th for Paris. We had intended in our original plan to try out another serviced apartment upon our return on 2 Jan 2018, but due to the excellent, warm and very thoughtful professional service by the hotel's manager Mr.Vijay, we weren't hesitate to return and extended our stay from 2 Jan to 6th Jan 2018. Mr.Vijay made our stay a very pleasant one. We had an infant with us, he made sure our room were given promptly and conveniently. The rooms were fully booked so we were given a room upgrade as Mr.Vijay had very thoughtfully considered our infant's comfort. He helped us with useful information on route and getting around with public transport. Another remarkable service which deserves applaud is Ms.Florika, she was verry thoughtful in making sure we had what we needed more than what was provided for, and constantly checking our needs to be replenished. She provided excellent cleaning and greeted guests with warm smile

Convenient location. Suite somewhat outdated”
it was a bonus to be able to launder clothes. this was free, but the machines were a bit temperamental. we ended up spinning the clothes and drying them on hangers. one machine didn't work so there was a queue to use the other. bathroom reasonable size but dated, and doors needed to be propped open to bedroom/living and bathroom from porch entry or it was a bit claustrophobic. the lifts were tediously slow to the fifth floor. on the plus side, the location was perfect for the museums and hyde park. there were some nice places to eat nearby. we would possibly stay here again. it was a bit of a drag having to wait until 4 pm until our room was ready, but they did store our bags and we went off to hit the victoria and albert and came back at 4. if you tube in fromheathrow there are a couple of flights of stairs to negotiate with bags at gloucester station, but it is a short 5-10 min walk to the fraser. we would rate this 3 to 3.5 stars with a push

Exceptional”
Excellent staff...very accomodating from the get go through the end of our stay..rooms were well equipped as well..excellent location..minutes from gloucester road station and several local attractions in kensington.. 2 minor cons..no ramp to enter the building, so we had to pick up our strollers each time we exited or returned to the hotel..breakfast options were not great, and were repetitive..

Spacious but lacks other services”
Stayed here on a business trip from April 15 - 18, 2018. Location is okay with the Gloucester Road Station quite close by and the room (deluxe one bedroom apt) is spacious enough (for London) - but the hotel falls short of my expectation of Fraser Suites. The breakfast was not that great and the wait staff were too eager to dismantle it even with guests eating. The rooms seemed a bit dated and scruffy. The reception team were helpful but did not know the area well and were unable to give accurate directions. To make matters worse, on my way to the airport the hotel called a taxi but did not coordinate well amongst them. The hotel informed me that the rate was GBP 45 but the taxi informed me that it was GBP 50 (plus tips) - plus he did not have a card machine whilst I had specifically insisted on this. Overall, disappointing.

Quite good, but not perfect”
Having arrived after a 24 hour flight at 2pm, we were told our room would not be ready till 4pm, though they did call us at 3pm to say the room was now ready. We were allocated a room on the lower ground floor, which was not ideal. But on the positive side, the breakfast was excellent and excellent value, with very good service. The location, adjacent to the Natural History, Victoria and Albert and Science Museums, is excellent, and the staff were all very good. We will very likely return on our next visit to London.

Spacious and close to amenities”
We boed the apt with a seperate cooking and dining area which works well for us since we ove to cook own breakfast and supper with no need to walk in the cold wet weather! Tesco Express and Waltrose supermarket just walking distance. Pubs, restaurant, Glochester underground is close by . Walking distance to several museum, Harrods, Harvey Nichols, etc . We even walked to Birmingham Palace, Picadilly, Trafalgar square but quite a distance away. Hop on and off bus is also at Glouchester station bus stop. Overall a good location away from busy central london yet acessibe.
