"The problem is not the hotel, the problem is AGODA Customer service is a fake, they do not exist. the phone number is always unnavailable and the other one is in asia, no way to make a change or cancelation, My advise, DO NOT make any deal with this companym or say goodby to your money."

"The stay was mostly fine for a short vacation. I had not much comments of it, but so far it was ok for me to rest during my trip. It is close to Dolphin Shopping Mall by Doral, Florida."

"The hotel was very nice--clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was that our outside door didn't latch easily. My husband had to work with it. If I were alone I'd have to ask for another room. Their airport shuttle service was lacking. It would have been best to call Lyft or Uber for a ride. We waited for about an hour for someone to come after calling numerous times. They didn't make it clear how to use their service."

"We loved eveything, clean, new, fast elevators, friendly, accomodating breakfast, practicing spanish with staff, close to mall and food options, spacious room, large shower, & very reasonably priced. Liked it so much we unexpectedly booked another night."

"The us was such and easy going trip. I wanted some down time with a easy flow to my week and that’s just what I got. I will defo love to stay here again and with friends. The staff was amazing, they were very welcoming and took the time to assist me and others as with such grace and comfort while doing it in such a time where it’s difficult to get people to listen to new measures that the hotel has implemented to protect us all. But each and everyone of the front desk ladies went above and beyond to provide a service to their guess needs. Big thank you to all the staff for being so hospitable towards me during my week there. My only one thing I would’ve liked to see was a safe partway leading to the Dolphin Mall from the hotel. "

"we were looking for a place after a longhaul flight. this hotel is located near the airport and easy to find. quiet place. very friendly staff, we had a warm welcome and everthing was prepared. the rooms are nice and big enough for three adults. clean rooms and bathroom, internet is free"

"I liked it that the hotel is central, easy to get to the mall and that they have shuttle to do so, it is great. Affortonatly when I booked on line I did not take the opportunity to book the shuttle, but the next time I will sure do so."
