worth the price”

place is worth the price. however, you need to hire a tricycle for you to reach the place, and you have to walk for about 10-15 mins to reach the highway. place is within a subdivision so you can't find a tricycle that easily. the owner is very nice. we had great conversations. we borrowed utensils when we taked out our food. wifi connection is good in the common area. place is clean. there's a shower heater too. we requested hot water in the morning and they gladly provided it. overall, the place is good for travellers who would want to explore sorsogon :)

Considerate staff and friendly”

Staff and owner are great. The owner was there when we checked in. We thought location is by water. She explained to us that nearby means it could be a try-cicle ride for about 10 - 15 minutes to get to the pier area or a bus ride for 3-5 hours to another area in Bicol to be by the sea/ocean. We only stayed for one night as we had to go back to Manila. If you like a quiet distant place from the main downtown area I sure recommend it. You can cook there if you like. This is cozy homestay.

Need improvements”

Our overall stay was fine. Staff were courteous and kind to attend to all our needs. However, there are a lot of things that needs improvement. Room - airconditioning takes a while before u feel the cold temp. i am not sure though maybe the electricity that runs in the location is a bit low??? CR - the water has smell, a smell of something like the water was stored for a very long time in the tank. The sink on the floor doesnt drain fast. So when u take a shower/take a bath maiipon ung water sa feet mo na magmumukha syang magbabaha na. Maybe unfortunate lang ako sa room na nabigay sa akin kc ung isang room na kinuha ko for my parents mabilis namn daw bumaba ang water. High five for staff their cool! 😊

Bad experience”

As a matter of fact we left our stay there upon checking in because they count the no.of pax strictly to 2pax only whereas my booked room is categorized as family room so they should considered the 3pax to accomodate the family room.So I transfered to other hometel which is very good in accomodation. i spent my 3nights accomodation for NOTHING we did not stay there..lesson learned to us guests ,the room advertised at Agoda is very different from the actual family room at Fritz..sorry not really recommended..

Not what I expected”

If you are lucky, will be around to answer questions about activities in the area. The rest of the staff is disinterested and not useful. The restaurant is never open, which is unfortunate as the hotel is in the middle of a residential neighborhood away from the city center. On the weekends the pool area is overrun by neighbourhood children and it's very busy and loud. Not what I was expecting based on other reviews. was very helpful, but I only saw her for about 15 minutes of my 24 hour stay. I would not stay there again. Stay in town where you have better access to food and transportation. It is a very clean and well-kept lodging, but that's about it.

Nor the cheapest or the Best”

The staff are gently and willing to help, but do not do anything without being asked. Even to change the towels in your room, you have to ask. The air conditioning unit is very noisy end the staff turns it off when cleaning. This meaning when you return to your room in the evening, it's about 30 degrees + in your room. Not the best. The breakfast is an adventure: One sugar pot, one coffee pot and one butter pack to be shared by all the tables. So you take your turn to butter your bread. The hotel is located relatively far from the centre, this meaning you cannot walk to the centre (about 8 Km) and you cannot venture outside in the evening as it does not look like the safest area to be in.

Overall it is good. There are just some things that needs improvement like some of their room facilities are already broken and also there are some mosquitoes at night

Enjoyable stay and the owner of the house was very helpful and arranged our onward transport, gave us suggestions on places to go which we would not have thought of otherwise and was generally very helpful and welcoming.

VERY DIRTY AND THEIR GATE IS ALREADY CLOSE AT 9PM ”

Very dirty room, personel doesnt seems to care at all.i told the staff not to turn off the aircon because it takes almost 2 hrs for Their aircondition to cool down but when i get back to the hotel the aircondition was turned off and the staff lied about that, first they told me that they forgot to turn it on and 5 minutes later they again told me that there were no Electric. All in all the place is very dirty, Will never Come back!
