"I booked the tune hotel for my brother and his friend who were down in newcastle to watch the football... and they wanted in the city centre... so i booked this one... he said it was a great hotel.. room was lovely.. safe very friendly.. let them check in early at a small cost.. which they didnt mind payin extra.. close to everything they needed.. they even enjoyed going to the market on sunday morning..x would defo stay again xx "

"I booked a room at this hotel as a birthday treat and the visit was incredible from start to finish. We were greeted by lovely staff that were incredibly welcoming and upbeat, open to having a conversation which I loved, this is surprisingly rareally in my experience and it made us feel more at home. The room was amazing!! For booking a standard room we were expecting a small room with basic amenities however, we were given a huge room (room 007) that was fitted with air-conditioning, floor length windows and beverage facilities. I especially loved the most free mirror in the bathroom, something so simple but makes a huge difference and you certainly notice and appreciate it. I want to further highlight the wonderful service of the Sleeperz staff as they were lovely throughout our stay and will be definitely returning and recommending this hotel in the future."

"The hotel is just outside the main city centre, but within easy walk of it, I chose the room for the price but was amazed when I saw the condition of it, the room was spacious and immaculate, an easy 4*, the room was well equipped and in top condition, it looked brand new. The only thing I could say is that people were using it as somewhere to stay when going out on the town, we were woken up in the small hours by the night guard telling next door to keep quiet even though the supposed "noise" they were making hadn't woken us up at all, so if your going out they like you to keep the noise down at night which is only fair, but they will wake most of the entire floor up knocking on your door and telling you off, so your likely to get some disgruntled looks in the morning!!"
