good value for the money”
Nice location just next to the main road but there was no noise from the traffic. Very clean and well maintaned swimming pool. There was a little problem with very hot water in the bathroom but was imidiatelly fixed by the staff. The breakfasts are worth recommending because there is a large selection of options to choose from and they are served to the table. Umbrella beach located quite close to the hotel.

Good stay, friendly staffs, value for money”
Rooms not very clean - need to improve on the cleanliness of the room. Furniture in the room had some dusts and minor food particles from the previous stay. May be they had limited time for cleaning as we arrived little early. Also there was only one lady available for cleaning & room service, so may be she couldn't on all work. Can work on increasing the number of staffs working on cleaning and room servicing. But staffs are very friendly and located at a very main place and easily accessible. We had a great time at the swimming pool - the guard was very friendly and vigilant. Thanks a lot for making our moments enjoyable there.

Nice Resort in time of COVID-19”
We got a really good deal on the weekend. Stayed in Fujraih. Most of all attractions were closed though. We love to explore the city and enjoy different food. Loved the Resort.

It is old hotel, but I had nice time. Just booked to sleep over because I had some competition near. Most important for me - it was clean. I would recommend for families. Dont expect luxury, but atmosphere is really nice. Hotel with soul.

Eventhough the hotel is old, it kept in good condition. Don't expect a 5* standard. Almost all the rooms are pool frontend, and the pool is temperature controlled.

She does not smile or greet. She shouldnt be in the reception. When you enter and get out of the reception ot does not feel good. We could feel a bad vibes. But life guards and other staff (housekeeping) are very kind and hospitable.

The good and bad of Fujairah Hotel and Resort”
The resort was good value especially through the Eid break and about the only hotel that was not non-refundable for the East coast on the Agoda site. I agree with other reviews that although old (I was told the oldest in Fujairah) it has been well looked after. The pool and surroundings is nice and definitely the selling feature along with good location. The restaurant was ok, the breakfast was over priced for what it was and I only saw a handful of guests dining there one evening of a 5 night stay. The biggest drawback was the other guests. As most of the rooms face the pool you are at the peril of the consideration of the other guests. Accept it is popular with families so it is going to be noisy with kids playing through the day, don't mind that. The blue tooth speaker (hotel provided) on the bar opposite our room was a bit of a pain, again tolerated it through the day but blasting out at 12:30 in the morning as it was one night! A couple of nights were thankfully quiet but again another was disrupted by a load kids playing till 2am. It was when they were sitting our chairs on our patio screaming "this is my house" that I finally flipped and opened the door to tell them off. I blame the parents and also the 24 hour pool guard who is there even when the pool is shut but seemed unwilling to do anything to control the noise late at night. Therefore I will not be returning nor would I recommend this hotel to any friends unless maybe out of season and through the working week.
