Fantastic value with good facilities ”
Pros- the pool was lovely great size for the amount of guest and rooms are clean, spacious and a great value! Fantastic access to the beach, and staff very helpful. Cons- due to corona virus only one inside restaurant was open, which is understandable, however their inside restaurant was still at 30 degrees, in heat, drinks just weren’t cold enough and at 6 months pregnant I thought I was going to pass out, luckily other diners moved so we could get a fraction of breeze from the air con unit, although I’m sat at a table their staff were working flat out to deliver to customers in an unworkable condition, I know when all facilities resume this (I hope ) wouldn’t be an issue but in the height of summer you’re lacking a place for guests to eat at night which in honesty spoilt our experience at a lovely revenue.... I hope that this was a blip and on return there will be somewhere you can eat comfortably in peek summer

Perfect Stay in Rotana”
We were absolutely happy with our 5 nights stay at the Hotel, we got an free upgrade to the deluxe room near the pool an beach, this was an offer because our travel agent didn’t inform the hotel about our wish for a kingsize bed. So we got a free uprade to a very beautiful new renovated room with 2 sigle beds. Everything is really new and exceeded our expectations by miles! The Breakfast was perfect and the stuff very friendly and helpful. The beach is just wonderful with tender natural Sand and crytal clear water. At a windy day there were nice big waves and we had a lot of fun. The Restaurants here in all hotels are quite overpriced but the food quality is very good. Unfortunately the spa was closed due to the corona pandemic. The Gym is very very good with modern equipment and high hygienic standards. We really recommend the Rotana. Its also very nice to stay here with kids. We recommend a rental car, so you are free and able to check out either the area along the sea shore or driving to the mountains. Thank you Rotana for the very pleasant stay! We will come back for sure!

Short stay break”
Beachfront room is small but adequate, albeit pricy due to location. Restrictions meant Spa was closed annoyingly. F&B has decent selection but service at the beach one was slow and trying to get a heater difficult for sitting outside. Bar service outside was fine and staff pleasant. Charged for water when we ran out and needed some for coffee, learnt quick enough to take from breakfast buffet next day instead, along with fresh milk for coffee. Trip was a revisit from 10-years prior and did not disappoint as a relaxing, quiet place on the beach
