Clean rooms and great bath - missed Mt. Fuji :(”
Although it was cloudy and rainy, we missed our view of Mt. Fuji from our room, but enjoyed the great location by the train station and the public bath. We had a wonderful inexpensive but delicious ramen and small plates meal right outside of the hotel. The hotel clean and comfortable.

Good TV system”
The public bath area does not have good scenery. When you sit down, you can't see mount Fuji as shown in the picture provided by them. However, overall, the hotel is good and clean with a lot of supplies. TV has Netflix and a lot of movies to watch. Will consider staying there again in the future.

Great location, awesome room, good breakfast and great hot spring ♨️ with Fuji San view. The best hot spring I've had in Japan. I've never imagined to be able to see Fuji San whilst being naked 😂 All joke aside, everything is great about this hotel. Even my husband's said it's his favourite hotel in Japan.

Location is the trump card. The interior is good too. Rather good communal bath. for a modern hotel. Didn't try the breakfast.

Nice fujisan view ”
Nice and clean hotel with a perfect view of the Fuji mountain from the restaurant. Although, there is no parking space but there are available pay parking near the hotel. Overall, we had fun traveling and celebrating kodomo no hi with my 3 children.

Very close to the station for bullet train. If you are lucky, you could see mt. Fuji from rooftop bath. Restaurants around the hotel were awesome.

Amazing room, it feels like an apartment really. Everything is beautiful and we could even see Mt Fuji. Big TV that you can cast your computer to, Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee. Super nice.

抜群の立地”
三島駅からたった1分の距離で便利でした。猛暑の中、2人の幼児を連れての宿泊でしたが駅が近いためスムーズで良かったです。 富士山が見える綺麗なお部屋・最上階の露天風呂に大人は大満足、子どもたちも部屋から電車や新幹線が見えて楽しく過ごせました。(すぐ横が線路ですが音はすごく静かです！) 建物内にはカフェやレストラン、お土産屋さんもあり、それも便利でした。 また三島を訪れる時には利用したいです。

Poor serivce”
An older gentleman that works at the front is rude. We simply ask for more water as we didn’t get our room clean, he was mean and turned us off saying complimentary water is limited, I request to talk to someone else because he’s the only one that tells me no and being rude. All other staff are nice and gives us water when we ask, why the older man must be rude and question the customers in a rude way?

Best Hotel throughout our trip”
Very clean and full of nice facilities, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fujisan Tokyu and wished we stayed one more night. There's an onsen on the top floor which is very clean and the rooms are spacious for Japanese standards. Highly recommend!

Just steps from a major train station . Walking distance to plenty of sightseeing spots. Right next to the lovely Rakujuen Park. Service was great but take note not everyone is conversant in English but they will do their best The room was a Mount Fuji view. On clear days, I had my drip coffee looking out at the beautiful mountain If you need help getting around, there is an information counter next to the train station, go there and you'll get all the help you need. Mishima is a walking city so you will be given a map with clear instructions on a walking route There are many day trips you can take from the hotel, particularly to Hakone and the Mount Fuji areas. There is a bus terminal with the ticket counter just outside the hotel. Perfect for exploring further

We absolutely love this hotel. Especially during a winter morning, there is a good chance that the sky is 100% clear and there are 2 low armchairs to enjoy the unblocked view of the majestic Mt Fuji. That is already worth the value of what we paid for the night's stay. Super clean, spacious and modern luxurious interior.

View bath at 14th floor was so relaxing I ended up going there twice during my one night stay. The room was also very nice. It would have been even more amazing Mt Fuji view if it weren’t for the haze though!
