"Most of the staff couldn’t speak English BUT they try help still. The amenities are simple but they make you feel very comfy and very much at home. I wish there’s an option to purchase their pajamas. Love those. "

"So enjoyable hotel, good services provided by the hotel staff, polite, friendly and helpful. They're willing to assist us for every inquiries and shared us about the culture of country. Environment of the dining restaurant is grand, local Japanese cuisine is delicious. Strongly recommend for those backpacker to stay with this hotel."

"I visited Iwata for the first time and chose the Kuratake Inn due to the close proximity to the Iwata Station. The staff spoke enough English to get me checked in with no problems. The single room was spacious compared to most hotels in Japan. The free breakfast was decent and I was surprised that there is a free happy hour from 6 - 8pm."
