Its so beautiful & wonderful place..... 2歳の子供と夫と少しリラックスしたいと思って風鈴屋まで行ってきました。 とてもいいホテルでした。 朝食も美味しかったです。 温泉も楽しかったです。 夕飯などは外食したい場合、少し離れた場所にいいレストラン飲食店があります。 本日に楽しい2泊の旅行でした。

新潟に用事があり宿泊しました。お姑さん・夫と私で２部屋予約を入れたのですが、中庭が見えるロケーションの良い部屋の方をお姑さんに用意してくださっていて助かりました。 コロナ対策もしっかりされていて安心して泊まることができました。 次回もまたお願いしたいと思います。

スタッフさん接客丁寧で好感度優です 温泉も適温でゆっくり出来ました 夕食無しのコースでしたが、周りに余り食事が出来るところが無かったので、今度は夕食付きで泊まってみたい 建物の老朽化がやや目につきます

娘と2人で旅行で利用。 少し遅い時間にチェックインしましたが対応もしっかりしていました。 入口で浴衣を選べるのですが女性用だけ柄が選べサイズが複数あるので部屋に置いてある宿に比べると良心的です。 お部屋は少し古いタイプでしたがこの金額で部屋にトイレとユニットバスがあるのは子ども連れにはありがたかったです。浴場も清潔感があり露天風呂もあり娘も喜んでいました。 少し残念な事と言えば月岡周辺にこれと言った観光スポットが少なく、チェックアウト後にそれなりに移動しないといけない、また新潟駅からもそれなりに距離があるので交通の便はそこまで良くないです。次は朝食を頼んでチェックアウトギリギリまで過ごしてみようと思います。

2021年GWコロナ禍の中、新潟観光にて2泊しました。月岡温泉廻りもコロナ影響で全体的には人出は少なかったです。その中で、この宿は感染対策、従業員の接客、朝食内容に関してはコスパ的にも素晴らしいです。温泉は泉質がマイルドなので物足りなく感じるかもしれませんが、ゆったり入ると入浴後は温まりを感じます。1点不満点はTVの大きさでです。PC画面のように小さいので流石に時代遅れです。改善を求めます！以上、全体的には満足でしたのでお勧めです！

全体的に満足が行くホテルでしたが、ただひとつ庭園の鯉がいる池の滝の音が一晩中うるさく感じました。寝つきが悪い私には致命的でした。夜間は水を止めるとかできれば１００点のお宿です。

お風呂は熱めですが、美人の湯と言われていることもあり少しでも効用にあやかりたく、ゆっくりつかれました。露天風呂もあり気持ち良い風を受けながらのんびり過ごせました。

Спасибо большое, нам очень понравилось, красивый японский сад, онсен, вкусный завтрак, номер в японском стиле очень просторный, большой холодильник, чайник, было очень комфортно и уютно спать на футонах, теплые пушистые одеяла, рекомендую всем!
