Oasis in the heart of a bustling city”
This is the 1st review I've ever written for a hotel; it's because this hotel really stood out. Loved our corner suite with glass to ceiling windows, all the wooden accents and mostly, the attention to detail. The recessed lights, plush pink sheets, well placed USB chargers, glass bottled water, re-usable slippers and extremely clean room made this hotel our favorite on this trip. Would definitely book this hotel again the next time we are in HCMC.

Design forward and friendly service”
The hotel is situated in an interesting street lined with massive trees towering at least 10 stories. Also it's right next to a large system of parks so you get the best of both worlds where it's located right in the popular district 1 and you still get a bit of nature to balance out modern development. The design of the hotel and the rooms are very modern and reminded me of Muji brand but with a Vietnamese touch. The bed is comfortable and the floor to ceiling window is the perfect feature to get a view of the hustle and bustle outside. Our suite was spacious and there was plenty of room for two people to walk around even with two luggage all spread out on the floor. A night shift front desk agent assisted us both when we checked in and when we checked out. He was pleasant and accomodating as we had several arrangements which he assisted us with! We also appreciate the welcome treat gesture as we noted in the reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary trip. We dined in for one breakfast buffet meal and the spread is good for a small boutique hotel. You can order your eggs any style and there's other options like the classic pho noodle soup. One drawback that the property could look into improving is the light water flow for the shower, a bathtub faucet that doesn't dispense hot water, and a tub stopper that doesn't work. The gym and sauna facility was located on the basement floor and there was an unpleasant smell of mold which deterred us from using the facility.

I was traveling to a few cities around Vietnam and this was by far my favorite place to stay. The air conditioning in the room I booked was broken so they upgraded to a window room. Unfortunately, the only view I got was into the building next door but keeping the blinds closed the whole time was fine with me. It was clean, spacious, and the staff were very helpful. Plus everything I wanted to see was within a 20 min walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and quiet ”
I stayed 2 nights at Fusion Suites Saigon. The room was good size, modern. The bed was very comfortable. The AC string. The only weakness was the drainage of the shower went through the toilet . The water made the toijwt area wet after so one took a shower. Strange design. The location of the hotel is in a quiet street. That was nice. It is a little away from Ben Thanh market. However getting g a taxi or Grab was very easy.

We loved this place! It’s been way too long that I have not found a hotel that I like t’as much as this one. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were so attentive and friendly, we were walking distance to almost everything, and the attention to detail of the rooms and showers and even the view from the windows was very welcomed. Had a great time staying here! Room was relatively quiet. Some construction was happening on a higher floor for a few days while I was there, but overall love staying here. Room design is beautiful and location is central. Breakfast buffet is also really great!

Best staycation in the pandemic”
Everything was perfect during my stay. I was here for my birthday staycation. The Hotel impressed me by its responsive contact in the booking stage. The staff was very supporting and making much effort to give me a super great deal for my upgrade as well as flexibly discussing the timeline in case the lockdown hit. When i arrived the hotel, i felt so peaceful and enjoyable with their treats. Super friendly staff at the hotel, from the front desk agents, to people at the restaurant, and housekeepers. Well-mannered, friendly, hospital, and extraordinarily helpful. They really made my birthday special even when it was in the bad time of the pandemic. We absolutely loved this hotel! Not only are the interiors and location great, but the service is warm and topnotch too! The location is awesome as it is right across a spa (Fusion Suites offer massages but rates are too high). There is also a cool cafe diagonally across it called Lavender. Many more cafes are about a half block away. The best rated Banh Mi place is also within walking distance. Lots of other interesting restos and shops in parallel streets. So much to discover! Breakfast in the hotel was nice and adequate. Pho, omelettes and coffee selections are made-to-order. Buffet spread was limited but offered a good variety for whatever you prefer - Asian or continental items. The croissant is a must-have. Sooo yummy! What I didn't like: -there is a charge for early check-in and the place was full when we were there so couldn't be accommodated for that anyway, -spa services are expensive -we had their pasta for dinner. Didnt like how it tasted Just being picky. The items above are negligible. Book here. You wont regret it.

highly recommended for the location! room is also clean and aesthetic, although pillow is on the extreme soft side. Love the welcome drink! Breakfast is also superb. Some staff at the lobby should be retrained (extremely unfriendly and very aloof). Staff at breakfast was very friendly and great tho!

The room was really nice and clean, love the design and location. It was our third night in Ho Chi Minh city, we've got here by noon. Luckily, the staff let us checked in earlier than we expected, so we can get some rest and enjoy the complimentary foot massage. Staffs are overall friendly.Thanks for giving us a higher floor so we can see the amazing view from our room, it was an unforgettable night.

Very friendly staffs, clean and spacious room, the only thing that I think can be improved was the hotel room wallpaper, there was a boy wallpaper in the room which make us constantly think there's another person or shadow in the room.
