Bad staff support. No calling or messaging when rooms are not ready until we arrived.”
When we arrived, they said our rooms were damaged by a storm, and cannot be ready for us, then offer us 2 other rooms in a different homestay. Those 2 new rooms were bad (they have balconies but 1 view to a wall, another view to a graveyard or something similar). Not to mention the ground floor is such a mess, because they were preparing for a new coffee shop. But we agreed because we did not want to waste time looking for another homestay, neither did we want to use their big rooms (for 4 people, with 1 big bed and 2 small beds - because we are 2 couples). Anyway it's still acceptable for me, just a little under expectation because I'm kind of easy guy. But what happen after that really bring me down. We asked for blankets, because my friend's room has no blanket, and my room only has a very thin one, it's like a bed-sheets, which is so uncomfortable. We asked the staff to prepare for us 2 extra blankets, but received zero. 0 points for that.

Super verblijf dichtbij het oude centrum!”
We zijn al 3 maanden aan het reizen door Azië, en dit verblijf staat echt in onze top 5! De accommodatie is geheel gerenoveerd. De kamers zijn groot, met een zacht bed (uitzonderlijk in Vietnam) en een REGENDOUCHE! Ook is het personeel extreem aardig en behulpzaam. Je kan voor 1 dollar per dag een fiets huren, met 5minuutjes fietsen ben je in het oude centrum. Ik zou dit verblijf aan iedereen aanraden als je naar Hoi An gaat.

퓨전빌리는 호이안 구가시거리에서 도보로 15분 정도 위치해있으며 솔직히 우생은 별로인듯해요. 하지민 무엇보다 직원들은 엄창 친절하고 주위 소음없이 편히 쉴수있던곳입니다.
