I just want to be honest to myself, the owner of rental rooms and people who will spend their money to rent this place. Some of things I liked the location the decent kitchen, bathroom and the free parking. They owner need to spend some money to buy a decent bed, and invest in air conditioning! Can you imagine that house does not have AC in Miami on the summer it is like you are inside the oven.
I did not like the whole bed, if you have backache it is going to get worst, the beds cover are dirty if you see any flying insect don't be surprise. I get it that owner want to save some money to make money but there is always a trade off - I don't mind paying little extra to have nice and convertible sleep.

G-Comfy and Spacious Suite is the ideal place to stay when visiting Miami. I stay to make some shopping in Miami The check-in was smooth and easy 👌 just an access code for the front door and you are in . Location is very close to downtown public transport not to far from MIA about 10/15 minutes Overall my stay was wonderful 100% And the bathroom is very new and clean There is parking in the yard
