Check-in time is until 05:00 PM only. Please inform us in advance should you like to request for a late check-in. This hotel is only allowed to accommodate exempted workers such as BPOs, returning OFWs and frontliners. Otherwise, hotel will not honor the reservation. Please make sure to provide these documents upon checking in: Barangay Pass (if applicable), Work ID, Work Permit.

Pretty decent stay”
We were granted early (30 mins before) check-in and it was smooth. Keys are used for entry to rooms and the facilities I would say are sufficient for your rest after a long day outside of touring/swimming. They have towels and thin blankets for each bed. A/C worked well during our stay. Restroom is decent and clean. WiFi is fast. Reception staff are responsive. I believe I got what I paid for as I had no high expectations considering this is just a 1-star hotel.

Hotel was at the 3rd floor of the building so there will be a bit of cardio though there are others that have more walking needed so it was fine. AC was cold, water in the bathroom works well. One thing to improve on is blankets are to thin for the cold AC and only one pillow provided per bed so its not that comfortable. Overall, our stay went well as staff were nice and there’s free water dispenser for us to get our water and wifi is decent too

Cleanliness: The place is really clean. The sheets, the blankets and the towels are fresh. We asked them to clean the room on the 2nd day of stay and they did an amazing job. Not beachside but just along the main highway, with many f&b options close by. The rooms are located 3F without lift. Free drinking water. There’s a local bank ATM downstairs. Room is clean, good cooling a/c, good water pressure. Checkin/ checkout was fast, front desk very helpful.

The area is in the center of the area near to food and bar and to the beach....just to far from Kabsat and don't go there because people there are racist, they give service depends of your status. If tje client is look poor they will not entertain you good.

The rooms need renovation. Especially the bed and comfort rooms. Nevertheless, the staff were great and helpful. This is a budget hotel so you have to manage your expectation. Also the hotel rooms are located at the 3rd floor and has no elevator.

Hotel within Urbiztondo”
The staff were great. The room was decent. They can still do better with cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom. When we arrived the bathroom floor was still wet and somehow there was an unpleasant smell. The location is in the heart of Urbiztondo. Everything is accessible, from resto to different kinds of recreational activities. If you are like me, who is very particular with bathroom smell, I suggest you bring a Domex (pouch) or buy from 7 eleven just across from the hotel and douse the entire bathroom with it.

The place is a few meters from the beach with a few slots for parking that is a first come first serve basis. They have a resto on the ground floor but we haven't tried it. Lots of food options and shops around the area. The room and bath is quite small but just enough if you don't plan to stay long. Fairly priced so definitely for family and budget travelers. Will surely comeback here once everything goes back to normal.

The room was okay. Not sure if it was cleaned thoroughly since the bathroom is all wet when we arrived. Shower was not okay. The free tissue looks used. No free water inside the room. Room is cheap so don’t expect too much. The aircondition is cold.
