Naja...wenn man für 38Dollar ein Zimmer bucht sollte einem klar sein dass es ne Absteiger ist...soweit so gut! Aber die Lage ist schon echt nicht das dollste...die ganze Nacht laut wie sau...die einfach verglasten Fenster sind ja eh nicht mehr wirklich dicht da hört man alles. Aber die Krönung war dass man natürlich nur cash genommen hat und natürlich kein Wechselgeld hatte. Gut die 2Dollar dachte ich mir...am nächsten Morgen teilte mir der dort Angestellte der an für sich recht freundlich war mit dass er jetzt mein Wechselgeld hätte...gut sagte ich...kannste behalten passt schon...grad ausgesprochen fängt er mich doch glatt an anzupumpen ob ich Geld für ein Frühstück hätte...und plötzlich wären die 2 Dollar die er ja gern behalten sollte doch gar nicht da gewesen denn sein Boss hätte die behalten...nachdem ich ihm sagte dass ich den letzten Tag da bin und kaum noch Cash habe fing er immer hartnäckiger an zu betteln bis ich ihm ein paar Dollar gab. Sorry aber sowas geht gar nicht!!!!

Mein Aufenthalt im G&R Guesthouse war kein schöner Abschluss meiner Reise. Das Personal ließ mich kaum Einchecken, da wollte es mir schon eine Tour für einen horrenden Preis aufs Auge drücken. Ich bedankte mich und lehnte vorerst ab. Jedes Mal, wenn ich der Haushälterin über den Weg lief, fragte sie erneut nach und machte mir Angst, ich könnte die Tour niemals auf eigene Faust machen, da es zu gefährlich sei. Das stimmte nicht und ich konnte die Tour viel günstiger selbst organisieren. Die Zimmer waren nicht okay für den Preis, da es nicht richtig sauber war. Es fehlte zudem ein Mülleimer im Zimmer. Das Wasser aus der Leitung war immer kalt. Die Küche zum Mitbenutzen war dreckig, teilweise stand benutztes Geschirr tagelang in der Spüle. Der Kühlschrank war so unsauber, dass ich alle meine Sachen mit aufs Zimmer nahm. Ein junger Mann, zugehörig zum Personal war aufdringlich (ich war als weiße blonde Frau alleine unterwegs). Er wollte alles über mein Privatleben wissen und klopfte sogar eines späten Abends an meiner Tür, um zu fragen, was ich am Abend noch mache. Sowas geht für mich überhaupt nicht. Alles in allem habe ich mich nicht Wohlgefühlt dort und wünschte mir, ich hätte woanders geschlafen. Selbst für den Preis ist dieses Guesthouse kein gutes Schnäppchen.
