I stayed at this resort for 3 nights in Bohol with my family of 4. I can tell you I have never ever received as exceptional customer service and hospitality as we had experienced during our stay, from the moment we arrived with no reservations till the day of check out. The food and beverage, front desk, arranging us tours and housekeeping everything was spotless. I can not say one negative thing about our stay. The staff really work as a team, and make sure your stay is as personalized and comfortable as possible and will never make you feel unrecognized. Amenities, what they offer for price is great!! We can’t thank you enough, I will be returning every time I’m in the Philippines and that’s a promise! Thanks a million.

Our overall stay is wonderful! The staff are all accommodating! Breakfast is great! Complete amenities and pool is warm. The room is spacious a bit outdated but still gives a great hotel vibe. It is in the middle of the tourist attractions in Bohol, would be great if you have your own car to reach the place. Although they still offer hotel-airport transfers with no extra charge. Indeed a value for money. Will truly recommend this place especially for those who are looking for a quiet and serene place. Oh! I almost forgot aside from breakfast, the restaurant also serve great and delicious food!

If you want a quiet retreat from travelling this is the place. Really comfy bed, room and clean pool in a countryside setting. I could have stayed longer then 6 days with the loving caretakers, fresh air and quitness of the place. There is transport available and a short walk to big road with buses. Food is the usual junkfood of PH but nothing new for health conscious travellers. A magic place out in nowhere waits for you here and rent a bike if you want to look around. Easy driving on slow roads with friendly people giiding you if you feel lost in the city that has it all 15 min away over the bridge to Bohol.

Tucked away in the hills of Panglao, G Grand is a great place to get away from a lot of beach and city traffic. More important is the staff that takes so good care of you. They make sure your bountiful, cooked to order breakfast is served at the time you want it (even if it is before opening hours, so that you can make an early morning flight) and with a smile. Also on my son's fourth birthday they surprised him with a baked chocolate cake that was plentiful enough for all our party of five as well as for hotel staff. And they all sang happy birthday to him which made him say, "Masaya ko!" Things G grand for a wonderful stay in Bohol.

The location is very nice since its far from the main road. The place is so calm and cozy. The foods served is superb plus bfast by the pool every morning is very relaxing.a good way to start your day. 10 stars, The room was very spacious and beautiful, have balcony which is a plus for me because I can get a very nice photo there, (Bay area) The pool was clean, The Food was sooo delicious, and the Staff’s are great! Definitely worth it! Free pick up and drop off pa from airport.

If you are going to Bohol, I recommend this place. We had a wonderful stay at G's. The staff is wonderful. The place is really nice and serene. The hotel offers free shuttle service to and from the airport/seaport. However, it is quite far from the beach. There's a free shuttle going to Alona Beach but you need to pay for the trip back to the hotel. The in-house restaurant is also exceptional - good food at very affordable price.

If you're looking for a quite place to relax and surrounded by nature then this place is perfect for you, the staff are nice and food was great,inexpensive and with a big serving. my only complain would be the pool, it was dirty maybe because of the weather (rainy season when we get there)lots of dried leaves and dead bugs but the thing is nobody clean it the whole day only until when we decided to use it and ask them to at least get what was floating on it. would i recommend this place? YES! absolutely

Hidden and quiet on top of silent hill. Staff was amazing - the only thing they didn't do was help me in the bathroom... Seriously, always helpful and thoughtful. The first time in 26 years of overseas travel I found the hotel food delicious, with ample offerings and decent pricing. The only issue I have with G's is the plumbing - my sink leaked, and one shower during my 4 days was cold. But I'd go back in a heartbeat if I had the time. If you go, check out the view from the rooftop verandah.

We love this place and keep coming back for many times because of the staffs, breakfast, internet, and swim pool. So fairly speaking it's a great place but keep in mind that the facility is a bit old, the AC is not always good and there might be shower water and cable TV problem. But we don't mind because the internet is fast enough for watching Netflix and the room is clean enough so I don't really care about shower water temperature. And their swim pool is always very clean and lovely. It's a very nice weekend getaway for us.

Staffs are great”
The staffs, food, and internet speed are one of the best on this island, but unfortunately the facilities need improvement. However this is my third time staying here because we really like the large private balcony which is really rare within the price range, and again the staffs are great, very attentive and friendly, and the breakfast is decent. Also the swimming pool is always very clean, my kid loved it.

The staff are very friendly and attentive. However, the room shower is not hot, internet in the room is weak. The Hotel’s location is quite far, more than 5 kms to the main road, add more kms to reach the sea. Due to these, we were not able to taste local cuisine, which we love to do. The tours are ok, except that our driver lack some knowledge of the sites we visit. Compared to our driver in Puerto Princesa, he even recommended the most interesting sites and places to visit with corresponding detailed history and significance of the place. (Palawan tour drivers must attend a seminar first on how to guide tourist before you become accredited as a licensed tour driver). During the island hopping tour, the boat is too noisy we have to shout just to communicate, and the boatman is not helpful in guiding us or at least give us a few words about the sites. We would have preferred that we join other groups, at least there would be a guide to each site that we visit.
