Find hotels near Gành Dầu in Phú Quốc Island, Vietnam

A bit far but there was airport shuttle to pick up. However, reception need to have more alignment. Before I arrive I need to repeat to pick up mom at airport several emails seem they confused and provide wrong information. We came from different destination and seem they have hard time to understand for pick up and booking requirement. Once my mom arrived at shuttle parking place but need to wait almost 30 mins for pick up. One we all arrive hotel , need to repeat same information and requirement again and again. Hotel room booked for 3 but slippers, water etc only provided for 2. The Villa is perfect for family with individual pool. We all like big public pool as well. Over all so great even expensive.

I’ve stayed many times at many 5starts example(Anya resort and spa in Bali) the staff here are by far the best. The only issue is that they don’t speak English, but they do manage to figure out what you want; they are the most kind, gentle caring people you can ever meet. They also clean or room 2x a day which is amazing, the beach is sandy and prefect. The wind sometimes can get heavy but the pool is well sheltered and can be enjoyed Even when the wind is strong at the beach. They also have few bikes, a ton of pool toys, sand toys, swings to enjoy; the menu is great. The breakfast is amazing. You just can’t go wrong, the rooms are so clean and amazing, the clean the beach everyday as well. It’s in the middle of nowhere so personally I can only handle 3nights but having that down time Is so nice. There are a few local stores and street food 5min up the road you can walk or bike. Best value for your money!!!!

Modern luxury hotel, face control system, a lot of elevators, clean beach, perfect own aqua park, reach breakfast and dinner Cons I booked a room with unlimited access to the water park to Vinperland. Indeed, it was access to own aqua park. Be careful when you gonna book such an option. We asked calm rooms but it was busman's holiday due to room service. We are placed close to staff cargo elevator. There were loud noises beginning from 5:30 am till late at night. We asked to change room they asked to pay for the upgrade. Not kind and affable vietnamise personal. We were helped just only Ukrainian concierge personal (unfortunately forgot her name). She tried resolve any problems

I'm really happy to be booking in a promotion. Come in a group of people and everyone were amaze with the place because the Sign wasn't big enough but when we come inside, the manager just come to greet us with welcome drinks. we were really grateful and were greet to our room. A really nice atmophere. I would love the food to be bigger portion but taste nice but the free breakfast in the morning was perfect. Overall, Me and my family love the place. we would definitly stay there again every time we visit. best of luck :)
