The reception area was lovely with a nice outdoor patio and plants. The rooms were fantastic, they were so large even by European standards let alone Japanese standards.

Great little hotel in awesome location”
This hotel is in a great location, being walking distance from the Shizuoka JR station and accessible from that station via an underground tunnel (with the exception of about 10 metres at the end). The rooms are much bigger than I expected and are well maintained. I was most impressed that when we were stuck in Shizuoka for an extra night due to a typhoon, the staff set up a room in the adjacent sister hotel that included cartoons and games for our kids and made everyone comfortable as we were pretty much unable to leave the hotel for the day. The breakfast was great too. My only complaint would be that I think at least for the rooms we stayed in, there would be room for a baby's cot or fold-up bed for a child or two. I stayed with my wife and two young children in two separate rooms as there was no option for a child's bed. I understand it is primarily a business hotel, but I believe it could easily accommodate small families in their existing rooms.

My stay was okay”
The location is very near to the station and very accessible to shops and restaurants. The room is clean. The down part in this hotel were: the bathroom is a little small and they have a few choices of food ( especially in the bread section) for breakfast.

Check out time was unclear and had a very bad experience during check out. ”
Location is good, hotel is clean, only problem was during checkout. The book guide in the room that the check out is at 11:00 am but the staff was calling on the phone at 10:00 am saying the check out was at 10:00. During check in no explanation or whatsoever and the front staff went to room knocking very loudly almost dragging me outside the room .Until I showed the guide on the room written that the check out was at 11:00. The hotel should clarify this during check in. It was a very bad experience.

There is no washing machine and cloth dryer in the hotel and we have to go to Utilize these machines at affiliated hotel. And that hotel, there is only one washing machine and one cloth dryer.

Golden Week”
Just needed to stay for 1 night while traveling during GW. Price was very high for an old business hotel in Shizuoka, but I guess it's due to GW. I would stay here again if the price was lower, but I don't feel like it's worth the price I paid. The location is great and it's easy to walk to many bars/restaurants and shopping.

It's a new hotel, so everything is really nice, clean room, quiet, comfortable bed. Staffs are very friendly! Good location, close to the main street and JR station. Would definitely stay again!

Staff were so kind, room was so noisy”
The staff were sensational. Very kind and helpful. However, I had a cheaper room, which was located just above the main nightlife district. It was very noisy and difficult to sleep on Friday night. But as long as you're not in that room (or have earplugs), it's a great hotel.

静岡駅から徒歩5-6分、ロケーションは非常にいい。周辺コンビニ、レストラン、居酒屋、デパート、ドンキなどなんでもある。 部屋はビジネスにちょうどいい大きさ。テーブルの高さ、大きさもちょうどいい。トイレとシャワーは現代的で気に入った。きれい。 ロビーでは朝と夜無料なコヒーが提供されており、ビジネス出張者にはいいサービス。 バフェ式の朝ごはんは一回だけ利用したが、私にとって普通かな。パンのバリエーションもう少しほしい。でも和食の種類は結構多かったから日本人は好きかも。 全体として非常にいいホテルと思う。次回また利用しない。
