Good stay, overall. ”
The room was clean and the airconditioning worked well. The staff were very accomodating with our requests. The room offers easy access to the pool via a sliding door in the room. The lock of the door was, unfortunately, a bit loose. A hard tug to the locked sliding door sets the lock loose. The property was very secured so we did not lodge a complaint.

happy staycation cleanliness is very good variety of food during breakfast may suggest to call earlier for time of arrival, therefore would not took long waiting time for check-in due to cleaning rooms.. hopefully kb sentral would invite more vendors and open a working arcade or kids playground.

Not as expected”
I brought my baby along, and requested for a baby cot in advance. Upon check in, the staff told me it will charged me an extra of bnd33/cot, not mentioning only if above 2years old.. During midnight, once i check my email, the hotel did mention if my kid is under 2, there will be no charge, with a colourful heart i replied, if so, kindly send the soonest, they replied will send the soonest. Few minutes later they called our room saying the baby cot was out of stock.. too bad i cant give a good review. Apologize for being honest.

It would be better if there's connecting room available in this hotel... I'm a family of 5 pax so the hotel wants me to book 2 rooms but they don't have a connecting room in their hotel..i ended up having 2 rooms away for my kids.

Hotel room is nice, spacious and clean. Quiet and peaceful. Lots of shops and eateries downstairs. KB town is just a few minutes drive.

They'd improvised. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. At first we had problem finding d reception counter, the hotel management need to guide on where the reception located. Other than that everything was awesome.

Hotel at an affordable price for family night stay. There are bouncer and paddle boat facilitate on the 1.2m deep swimming pool for playing with the kids. Very polite and helpful staff. The hotel staff even helped to resolve incorrect booking to our satisfaction which we are extremely grateful.

Its a nice hotel and room is spacious with all amenities. Breakfast is good, though no option for Vegetarians. No restaurant for lunch and dinner in the hotel and only breakfast is served.
