Enjoyable stay”
Our family stayed in this hotel for 21 nights over the Lunar New Year period. It was an excellent experience overall: (1) Check-in staff at front desk was really friendly and we got a free upgrade to premier room in the VIP level yay! (2) Concierge staff was also super efficient and helpful for bringing baggage to our room, getting us a taxi and secure storage of our baggage on check-out, etc. (3) Room was really spacious, the twin double bedding was just the right size for our family of 4, the couch and coffee table added an extra space for our kids to play in, bathroom was also big in size though it was a bit dated. (4) The room was clean overall. Bed sheets are changed every 7 days because we had a long stay package. The only thing that I would criticise was the service provided by this house keeping lady for our 21-night stay. She was often quite rude to us when we indicated that we needed more time in the morning to get ready and leave the room for her to do the cleaning. She reminded us that vacuuming is not done daily but "I would do it for you today because you complained to the front desk". When we bumped into her while she was using her mobile phone in the hallway which happened almost every day, she always gave us an unfriendly look. One day towards the end of our stay, house keeping for our room was marked as completed for the day even though nothing was done - clean towels were not provided, water and toiletries were not re-filled and bins were not cleared. We only found this out when we got back to the hotel at midnight but thankfully the staff who attended at midnight was very helpful and he was also apologetic. I was quite surprised that this sort of things could happen on the VIP level in this hotel. To be fair, it was just the one staff that was letting the hotel down. I would recommend maybe more staff training to ensure consistent quality service. Having said that, I would still give my overall experience a 5-star rating because everything else

I don’t normally write hotel review but I have to say that the service we had received were excellent. We stayed with the for 9 nights and felt at home. The rooms are big and comfortable (for HK standards). From check in staff, the cleaning ladies to hotel porters, they all provided an excellent service. Special thanks to the Check in lady (Miss Li/Lai?) who helped us to check in early and found a quite room with a bath. The cleaning ladies were very nice and accommodating. Our flight was delayed so we left our suitcases at the hotel and collected them the following day after we’ve had checked out. The porter services were spot on and attentive. I will definitely return to stay in my next return trip to HK; I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Everything except the Wi-Fi is perfect”
We were there for a 2-week stay and the location is unbeatable with all the conveniences of being in the mall. You can literally do all kinds of shopping without getting wet and that was the best thing to us during our stay. Staff is friendly and flexible with letting us extend our stay for a late checkout for a reasonable rate since our flight was rescheduled to midnight. My only complaint would be rather weak wi-fi in the room. We only have three devices but lost connection daily and have to reconnect, even during early morning hours when usage in the hotel should be low. Overall, a pleasant stay and will consider it again if the rate is reasonable.

Helpful staff and convenient location”
I booked this hotel for my parents and it turned out to be the best decision. The hotel staff looked after my parents very well. Concierge staff was very willing to help them with ordering food via food apps and assisting them during their quarantine. Highly recommend this place and we will look to book this place again!

Very good family hotel ”
We stayed at the executive suite which is comfortable and spacious for our children to play. It is right in the centre of tsim sha tsui and near the shopping mall. Breakfast buffet is very nice. Highly recommend to family with young children.

Great location, friendly staff, flexible arrangement, polite housekeepers, delicious food (especially the scones), good facilities, quick check in/out, comfortable room setting. The only thing I would complain about would be the coffee. May need to provide trainings to baristas or replace the coffee machines.

The room is of decent size and equipped with everything in room. Location is the best selling point of this hotel. It’s closest to MTR station among the 3 hotels in Harbour City. U r in the heart of Harbour City for some real shoppers. The gym is shared with sister hotel which is fine to us as we didn’t intend to use it. Bfast included and during virus period, they arrange semi-buffet style which I appreciate more as there will be less chance of cross infection and food wastage. Staff and nice and efficient. However, the room temperature keeps at 17-18C. We asked for assistance and they brought us heater and extra blanket. It’s good place for our staycation with late check out as well!

Every help I needed was addressed quickly and with a smile. The room was spacious and clean. Coffee, tea, water and toiletries were plentiful. Choice of English speaking TV programmes could be better. As I was out most of the time with friends, I did not use other facilities.

Location is convenient. It's just a few minutes walk from subway station. Easy access to every where of HK with different train lines. Room sizes are big enough, clean and comfortable. All staff are very friendly. I've booked 7 rooms for my family. The front desk staff is so kind to put us in nearby rooms. The "Three on Canton" serves good food. We all enjoy our stay there. I highly recommend this hotel 👍👍

Fantastic hotel and wonderful staff”
I stayed here for a few days during December 2020. On arrival, the staff upgraded me to the next room type and although I was early they let me check in. Staff were very accommodating and location of the hotel was excellent. Rooms are well equipped (Nespresso, fast internet, decent bed, walk in shower etc.) and my faced the harbour which was spectacular especially during the evening. Will definitely recommend this hotel!
