Excellent location & facilities ”
Gefinor Rotana offers an excellent location near 2 of the best hospitals in Beirut, also near the Hamra shopping district. The staff were very helpful & friendly. It was a bit pricey ($180 per night) for Beirut due to the high season. The only issue was the unexplainable heat in the room even with the heater turned off from the minute we got there!

We stayed 5 nights in the hotel and it was nice; staff are very helpful and great location. It is 5 minutes walk from the sea and 5 minutes walk to Alhamrah Street. The room is not too big but clean and have a nice view on the Mediterranean Sea. The breakfast is delicious.

all things considered a good hotel. But although there was a good selction of food at breakfast, the hot food was always cold. Limited public room space, but the bedrooms were a good size. A lot of staff around, but searching for assistance at the bar. Convenient for taxis and walking.

Very bad choice and recommendations from Agoda.com First checking in l have to go thru 3 rooms to be able to pick one for one night stay only because all rooms has bad strong smells and I cancelled the rest of my stay of one week.

No es el mejor de la cadena Rotana”
El valet nos hizo una rayadura en el coche. Después de una hora de negociación y de comprobar las cámaras de vigilancia del parking, llegaron a un acuerdo con la compañía Hertz donde alquilamos el coche para que no nos carguen el gasto de reparación a nosotros. Por otra parte, el Club Rotana del piso 14 es muy pobre y tiene una asistente muy desagradable y malhumorada. Comparado con el Rotana Towers de Dubai es la noche y el día. También la habitación (eso sí amplia y muy bonita) estaba siempre húmeda. Si no, el bufet estuvo muy bien.
