So Much More Than I Paid For”
I chose the George Hotel purely for the great location and unbeatable price, but I felt that I got so much more than I paid for. My room was tiny, but had everything I could have hoped for (toiletries, blow dryer, tea/coffee making facilities, etc.). The staff were professional and kind and went out of their way to be helpful and make sure I was comfortable. The breakfast was divine, and the coffee was excellent. For the size of the room, the en-suite bathroom was plenty big enough. I loved the HUGE bath towel, which I probably could have wrapped around myself three times. Being across from the park was a bonus (a lovely view and great place to walk, write or picnic), and being within walking distance of the British Museum was even better. I hope to return to London soon, and if I do, I plan to return to the George Hotel.

Breakfast was lovely and staff were friendly and welcoming. I have stayed in lots of budget locations across London, at the George I felt safe and had a lovely sleep in a comfy room that despite its location was very quiet. The shared bathroom was available every time I needed to use - it was clean and tidy. In addition the vouchers given on arrival meant I got 20% of in local restaurants and was a nice touch.

Worth the money”
I booked for a single bed room with shared bathroom and washroom. Upon arrival, was "slightly" upgraded to a double bed with shower so was sharing the toilet which was clean and nearby. The room had toiletries provided with towels. There was tea/coffee making facility. Took a warm shower and dozed off to bed as i had to get up early. The breakfast was free and really good with full cooked english breakfast and cerals and milk. Juices and friuts are available as well. Was worth the money spent. Will definitely recommend and will book again. Note for light sleepers: u might hear underground train/tube sound but not frequent and not a major drawback atleast for me. Also the place has no restuarant but there are alot of resturants along the way. Also the hotel offers 10% discount on 3 resturants which are within 1-2 minutes walk and 20% for pizza express.

Comfortable walk from Euston Station; small single room fine for a night; very good breakfast with excellent service in the morning. Old building with slightly scruffy public spaces but the room itself was freshly painted and in good condition. Was great to get an overnight in London without it costing a silly amount for a single traveller.

Small room, but friendly staff & good breakfast”
location is between St pancras and Euston Square station, 10 mins from each one. It's easier to use St Pancras if you have a big luggage, otherwise at Euston Square you'll have to drag your luggage down a few flight of stairs. Rooms a tight squeeze, but with a sink provided, cupboard, small tv. Good enough for me since i'm travelling solo. Bathroom is down the hall, just have to plan the time and avoid peak usage. Staff is friendly and provided directions and recommendations on travelling around London. Few eating places nearby, so no issues on food. Breakfast each morning is wonderful as well, always a hearthy breakfast for me before going out.

Good location and great breakfast”
I booked a single room and as expected, the room is small and just sufficient for one person. I have everything I need in the room minus a small refrigerator. Hotel has no lift, so I needed to carry my 20kg luggage to my room on the 3rd floor. Location is great for my purpose, 5 minutes walk from Russell Square tube station. Plenty of eateries within 5-7 minutes walk, including supermarket. I am generally happy with the room and the great breakfast. Only one downside for me was, since the hotel doesn't change their towels everyday, I found one day the staff hung the soiled floor/bothroom mat on my bathe towel.

Good location for an early morning Train from Euston”
I arrived late evening and kept the Reception Staff notified of my approximate eta. The Receptionist was right on cue,showed me where the late night door was. I missed the breakfast but was delighted of the proximity of the Hotel to Euston Station. The location is in quiet a Crescent/Square. The room was clean and the Shower was hot and clean.
