Nice weekend in Gia Le Tam Dao”
We have a nice weekend in Gia Le, Tam Dao. The hotel is new and everything is till in good shape and condition.The room is clean, comfortable. The disavantage is no breakfast in Saturday (in the weekend we stay) The hotel serves breakfast in Sunday only, but when we go to hotel restaurant at 8 AM, everything is closed. Although breakfast is included in room price.

There was no TV programm and no hot water shower before 7pm. Our booking including breakfast, but the hotel do not provide it. They lied on agoda website. They BBQ and having karaoke in the lobby, make the whole building smoky and noisy. By the way, this is a brand new hotel in Tam Dao.

I think this hotel is a good choice considering how relatively modern the hotel is in comparison to other hotels in the area. The price is fair. It is also located in a central location. Restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. My only complaint was the karaoke inside the hotel. The karaoke was really loud and annoying on our first night there. It continued for a few hours until eleven o'clock at night or so. I really wish they had soundproof karaoke rooms.

Clean room except for the balcony area, but construction was being done next to the hotel. Internet worked but was a bit slow due to the location. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. I don't believe the staff spoke English but I had a Vietnamese speaker with me. Good location though. Bit pricey for what you get but still OK.

No welcome, no tea, coffee, cups or even water! Hardest bed ever, loud 'music' before 7:30 am and karaoke until too late! Nice view and large room. Very helpful receptionist but who were the other stranger unfriendly people behind the desk?

I was book the hotel...but they say that we have no room... So they introduce another hotel..But the hotel is very not good.. They kidding me. I will never believe Agoda. I will never booking hotel by Agoda. I will calme that issue..
