Accommodation is perfect and much much better than someone can expect! Sparkling clean, spacious, stylish, quiet with magnificent view! Astakos is a very beautiful fishing village at an amazing location. In just 30 minutes drive you can visit some of the most historical sites in Greece and also very close by boat you can visit some of the most beautiful Greek islands. Staff is unbelievable friendly and helpful and George is an amazing host. I definitely recommend Giannis Village Resort for a short or a long stay for families, business or a romantic gateway.

Very nice located appartment, you have a lot of privacy, small garden and private parking. Beautiful view ofer the sea and trees around. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Appartment was very clean and spacious, little kitchen was well equipped..
I was there only one night. Although I paid additionaly for breakfast, there was no breakfast due to covid. Anyhow noone informed us that there is no breakfast and even where to find it. Maybe it is not fault of the hotel but misunderstanding with booking.com. Anyhow that was minor issue and we got some tasty coffee instead.

Strongly recommend”

It is very close to the Astakos port and has amazing view from the terrace. Pool at disposal and really friendly owners. You can arrive fast to a lot of beautiful beaches and it’s really pleasant staying for the week. Good for couple but can easily accommodate families

Lovely room, very well laid out and provided everything we needed including complimentary breakfast. Good sized pool with comfortable sun beds. Peaceful and quiet in late September but probably very busy in season.

Spacious room, very clean. Comfortable bed. Balcony with beautiful sea view. Nice sitting area with fireplace. Lovely small garden. Pool where was nice to swim. Hosts are very helpful and kind. The hotel is still being developed. 5 minutes by car from the village with beach, tavernas and shopping.

Nice view, best hotel in the area. Very comfortable beds”

Great view, certainly the best place to say in Astakos. Not a fan of the town myself, but the hotel was great. We have a large van 6m long, 2m high, and access and parking was good. But do be careful around the building works behind some of the rooms as there are some nails and make sure you don't get them in your tires. Super comfortable bed and the owners are so friendly and accommodating. Overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
