This is our 2nd time booking at this hotel. The staffs are very nice, friendly, and polite. Every department provides best assistance. The rooms and facilities are great. They offer free, wifi, toilettries, coffee, sugar, 3 bottled water plates and cups. An ideal room to stay esp for a group or family. They have electric stove and kettle that you can use to cook. They have the best security as well. The pool is very clean and big. It's a 4 ft pool therefore, kids are very safe. Our experience are really great and were looking forward to have more reservation at this hotel.. Highly recommended..Cheers!

Thank you so much SMS Hospitality for the most accommodating stay in Gilmore Tower. We really loved it and decided to come back soon.. Some reviews were really not true. It was very clean and the pool is really nice as it is not crowded because it is scheduled. They have standard cofi creamer sugar waiting and dental kit, shampoo etc waiting (just no towels which is understandable). We really loved the beds!! such a nice lovely stay for us. Thank you and see you all again soon

no hidden charges, pet friendly.. They even have a place for pets to walk and play. Kuya Anthony did a very good job. Staff are very accomodating. The pool is clean, location of pool, temperature of pool was awesome. Very very affordable... :) We'll surely visit this hotel again!!!!

In terms of service and money value, this was the best deal for me. However, when I booked for my friend last June 24. I got disappointed with the pool that was not cleaned and also the receptionist had to inform my friend that the pool was already reserved. I do hope you can do something about this. I think it's my 3rd or 4th time that I booked here.

Very cozy place for friends”
I like the place as it has 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 3 people. Security is good and location is very near LRT and robinsons mall magnolia (walking distance ). When we arrived, some of the electric source were not working and towels were not available. But the staff came to provide towels and check the electric sources. It’s an Up and Down type of apartment so while we were chatting (with my friends), we stayed in the living room/kitchen. Sound proof is good as we cannot hear any strong sound from the outside. View is nice as we are facing the mount Carmel church.. the unit also provided liquid soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. The bed is very comfortable. Overall, we liked the place.

It's a nice place to stay, however, it's really a hustle as the property doesn't provide cookwares. It's really a hustle if you have to bring your own. Regarding the place, it's clean, except that the pool is not clean.

Best for quick overnight but not staycation”
If you only wanted a place to spend the night, this is one of the most affordable place there is. The room is spacious and clean however the place has signs already that the building is old. There is to kitchenwares or utensils you can use if you want to cook hence if youll have a 1 - 2 weeks staycation its either you bring your own or choose a difference place. Staff are night and overall it was a decent stay.

+ It was a 2-storey room with 2BRs, 2 toilets and 1 bath with shower heater. AC units were provided in each room. The place was clean, but it wasn't spotless. Beds were comfy. Toiletries were also provided. Check in was easy, but there was only 1 staff asssiting so we had to wait for our turn. View looks great. - Listing said that the room has wifi, but only a prepaid wifi kit was provided and it's not working. Very poor signal for Globe telco in the room. The sink in the kitchen smells so bad--must be a problem with the plumbing. The sofa in the sala looks dirty. Overall, we had a great stay. The room has a dedicated kitchen and exhaust so it would be nice if they can provide a microwave or a few pans for quick cooking/reheating. Would be great if they could also make sure that their wifi is stable for business travelers.
