We so much enjoyed our 2 nights stay in this hotel. Good for family with young child/children because they have spacious rooms. The staffs were friendly and accomodating. The location is great because it’s nearby SM Lanang. It’s just a walk away. Overall, we had a great time. Good value for money as well. Thank you GK Business Hotel, thank you Agoda! ❤️

I felt very comfortable in GK Business Hotel. The room was spacious and cleaned upon request. The staff was very friendly and brought breakfast to the room. The hotel is located right across the SM shopping mall and close to the airport.

Super worth it”
I stayed here for 3 nights and it was so worth it given the fact that it's super cheap yet the over all experience was great. It is almost across SM Lang Premier, the biggest SM in Mindanao where SMX Convention Center is also located. When you go outside there's a Jollibee, Penong's which is famous in Davao and walk a little further you get McDonald's. The room is spacious and the heater in shower works well. The aircon is great as well. The downside is the WiFi is not stable but overall it was a great experience. Definitely I'll stay here again when I go to Davao.

the best staff”
sobra mabait ang mga staff. dumating kami ng ma aga sa Davao. ang check in pa namin ay 2PM. nag wait kami para sa oras ng check in. asawa ko ay antok na. naka tulog sa upoan. may nag check out ng ma aga. pag ka tapos nila linisan ay pina check in na kami around 10:30AM. na wala extra charge.

For the Price you can not be to picky”
SO i see a lot of complaints about this hotel on here, but what do you expect paying 1000P ( less then $20 a night ) for a room? Positive : the room was fairly clean, the net was half decent, very large room, on here the beds were labelled wrong so i thought queen was larger bed then king.. oh well. the staff was very accommodating. Negative : the furniture was rather poor, there was a stole that had aged cover and it was peeling off and sticky, was told we couldn't eat order breakfast at 8:30am because they close at 9am?? which was rather annoying. there was a odor in the room. overall the location makes up for alot. your right in front of SM Lanang mall, and a short walk from damosa where there are plenty of 24 hour places to eat, and a decent night life. all in all for 1k you can't really expect much more.. Red Planet ( tune hotel ) has much nicer beds for a few hundred pesos more and more up to date everything.. if you feel you want something better and still fairly close to the same area, though if you have several wifi devices you wont get free net for all of them like you can at this hotel. if your ok with a minimal type stay without any bells or whistles this is a good place. other wise dont be a cheap ass then complain about it. you get what you paid for.

Simple Clean Hotel”
Stayed there for 4 nights, kids liked the wifi, strong A/C and spacious rooms. Located right in front of SM Lanang and SMX Convention Center, beside Penongs. My wife liked the cleaning staff as they were very nice and accommodating. If you just need a nice clean place to sleep then this would be it. If you need more amenities and a fancier hotel then I would suggest looking else where. But for our needs this is a good place to stay in.

Best Value for your Dollar”
It certainly isn't a 5star hotel.. but it is certainly at least 3 star.. and when you're only really sleeping in your room.. what else do you need? Air-con, Hot Shower, Nice Clean Bed, Free Wi-Fi, and a TV.. DONE DEAL.. I'll be back !.!

Good location for northern Davao City”
The facilities are old and in need if an upgrade, but otherwise I liked the location. Rooms are very large. It is eithin easy walking distance to SM Lanang mall as well as so many restaurant choices. Transportation choices are many, making it easy to get to other parts of the city. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

A MONTH IN THE PROJECT”
We stayed almost a month in the hotel and will still go back there again if we will have another project in Davao. The hotel is just across SM Mall and beside a good Filipino restaurant. It is also walking distance to many choices of restaurants nearby. So, food will not be a problem even if the hotel does not serve free breakfast.

Unsuited”
The staff of the hotel is okay however the hotel seemed not a hotel. No hot and cold water for bathing in the room given to us. Very old lodging house and the flush does not function. Agoda, since this is kind of international booking sites where you got to choose your place you want to stay for comfort you should at least inspect those that join your site. In fairness the staff are very gracious to have transferred us to a different room. One more thing, advise the hotel to repair their hotel for the customers comfort considering that the hotel is very near SM premier and SMX. Businessmen should not always go for the money but also should think of the customers comfort. Overall i want to go back to davao but not stay in GK unless they do something about it.

Receptionist was helpful. Price is good and just walking distance from SM Lanang. The only problem is it's very noisy early in the morning. Cleaning staff, kitchen staff and there are kids at the receptionist who are always talking loudly. I am like 4 or 5 doors down from the reception and it is very loud of where I was staying.Aside from noisy staff, every thing is ok.

CONVENIENT BUDGET HOTEL”
Pros : Good location - opposite SM Lanang, next to a good spa with buffet and coffee. Spacious room with basic amenities, adequate carpark space, helpful staff and is gated with 24/7 security. Cons : Room facilities are in urgent need for upgrading and repairs e.g. sink pipes are leaking, no bidet in the toilet, bedsheet too thin, fridge was smelly due to decayed food left inside the fridge not noticed by housekeeping.

Moldy Carpet”
The only thing we liked about this hotel is the distance from SM Lanang which is a 5min walk. Our room smells like molds from the carpet. It was okay though, for the price.
