Amazing facilities! Super clean, well decorated, everything brand new! Hotel standard! Like 4 star hotel! The bed was super comfortable. After the first night our room was cleaned, the beds were made and got fresh facial towels. We got Breakfast in bed that was fantastic with fresh fruits (red berried, fresh pineaple, cheries and grapes). On the day we went for a boat trip we had a breakfast to go so we could eat it on our trip. We also had a tassimo coffee machine in the room with a selection of coffees. There were also chips and chocolates and soda drinks available in the room at no extra cost. On our first day we were welcomed with delicious scones with jam and cream! We were also provided a long email with detailed suggestions on places to visit, trips and places to eat. Thank you Jane! was great staying at yours!

Glendale View What a wonderful place! Ideally placed to explore the Isle of Skye. We were warmly welcomed with tea and freshly made scones despite our early arrival. Our room was perfect, spotless & stylish and had simply the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in. Crisp white linen, thick fluffy towels and underfloor heating adding to the luxury. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. We enjoyed the local restaurants in the evenings (The Three Chimneys is just 3 miles down the road). Jane & Florin are perfect hosts and simply couldn’t have done more to enhance our stay on this wonderful island. Book a stay at Glendale and you won’t be disappointed.

Wished I could have stayed longer!

Came here on our honeymoon and stayed in the garden view room, it’s everything we needed. Very comfy mattress going to buy one ourselves and very clean room with all the bits and bobs you need like shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer. Jane was a lovely host with amazing breakfast, she never wanted you leaving hungry! Location was great with easy access to attractions like neist point and local boat trips down the road that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we returned to Skye. P.s watch out for the sheep roaming the roads they don’t like to move out the way very quickly.

We were given the room which was separate to the main property and it was perfect for our 2 nights. A decent size comfortable bed with an en-suite including a large shower. Jane was a really lovely host and puts together a lovely breakfast in the house itself. She also left plenty of little extra treats to munch on in the room as well as a coffee machine. There was also the option to eat in for the evening if you wanted. The views on the drive down to Glendale in Skye, and before you enter the isle, are spectacular.

Not really anything notable wrong with the property. Just be aware that everything is a drive away from the property. I suppose that’s like anything in Skye though!

The garden room had a lovely view of the surrounding hills and was decorated to a high standard. The bed was really comfortable and the room was equipped with a kettle and coffee machine. The host, Jane, provided delicious, freshly cooked food for breakfast. She was always keen to give us advice on what to do on Skye and generally provided a service way above expectations. The location is remote but easily accessible by car and nearby is a small convenience store and a cafe. Jane also gave us detailed information prior to our arrival which was useful to plan our stay.

Very minor point, but the shower in the bathroom could not be removed from the holder.

Jane was so welcoming, after a few nights in hotels it felt like visiting a friend. Our garden room was lovely, separate from the main house so it felt really private and it was modern and clean. Jane cooked us dinner on the first night and it was lovely to have some home cooked food that was really delicious, including home made soup and bread. Breakfast was also really good with some interesting and different things on the menu and as we were leaving early on the last day, Jane made us some sandwiches to take with us which was a lovely touch. I’d really recommend Glendale View if you are planning a stay in Skye.

the owner sent us plentiful details about what to expect, and helped us with dinner reservations for both nights. she had great suggestions about things to see nearby, especially the iconic Lighthouse of Neist. I have enclosed my picture of the lighthouse which is only 4 miles away. the rooms were sparkling, the bathroom was brand new, nicely done. breakfast was in an airy room with windows in all directions, wonderful food. we were very pleased with this place.

it is a bit of drive to reach this on the Isle of Skye, but that only increases its charm

We had excellent stay at Glendale view. Jane is an excellent host. Property is clean, furnished to highest standards ands there are fantastic view of surrounding areas. Food including breakfast was very good. We were highly impressed and would love to go back again

From the moment we arrived, Jane made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The accommodation itself was very clean, modern and well-equipped, and the surrounding views were truly spectacular.

We booked Glenview at short notice and had a superb 1 night stay. Jane was very welcoming and accommodated our needs perfectly. We were welcome with a mug of tea and slide of cake and were made to feel at home very quickly. The house is situated in a peaceful valley and within 10 minutes drive of Neist Pojnt. Breakfast was amazing and we left regretting not having spent more time here. Highly recommended.

Location very good, our host Jane was brilliant. The accommodation was immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very good. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Perfect breakfast, basically everything we could possible ask for. Very friendly and caring host. Everything was tidy, clean and and very tastefully decorated.

The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the food cooked by Jane and Florin was amazing.
