Disappointing”

Nelly, the receptionist is the best. She helped us a lot, she is very profesional and friendly.
-Wifi doesn’t work in the room. - They didn’t serve us breakfast even if they offer that on booking. -We couldn’t use the pool because they were fixing something. - The pipe of the toilet was licking and was absolutely disgusting.

Overall the stay was good .”

All the staff were very friendly and guided us well for game drives and boat cruise.
The shower area is inside the bath tub, a screen would have been better so that water is not allover the bathroom. Toiletries and other stuff were filled only upon request.the location in map doesn&#39;t point to exact place.

Very nice place. The staff were very lovely. A very warm welcome from Modise. We got lost and he was very patient in directing us and even waited for us by the main road.. all the staff members were nice and made sure our stay was very comfortable and nice. Would highly recommend for everyone going to Kasane. Value for your money. The pool was very nice too. We totally loved it here

The location was perfect.
The room was not cleaned properly and it was very dusty. There was electrical wires hanging.. The aircondition was not fully functional. The wifi was very poor in the room. Disturbance by other guest and staff making noise early morning. To add on the pool was dirty and we could not use it. The place should be upgraded. The price of the place did meet our expectations.

Great accommodation in Kasane”

The staff were friendly and we felt very comfortable straight away. The place is value for money and offers a great alternative to the expensive lodges that are all over Kasane.
The room is basic and could do with some paint in places, however, for the price you pay its absolutely great.
