A great choice of local staycation”
This was the first time we stayed, and we’ve found it very nice! The rooms were of very good cleaniness and quality - clean, tidy and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the superb sea view as well as the well-equipped swimming facilities. We didn’t have any meals here, but we did enjoy dining out in the nearby seafood market and shopping arcade, which were just about 10-minute rides at most. The Golden Beach just next to the hotel was outstanding. We had a great stay here.

Clean, comfortable and getaway resort ”
Staffs are super friendly, polite and helpful, room has amazing views and a balcony, room is very clean, had all meals inside the hotel, the food is great, their dinner buffet has always been famous and fully booked, it is well worth the hype and the food quality is good too, they serve a range of BBQ and charcoal grilled meat and seafood options, dessert are also great, huge swimming pool for all sorts of age group, equipment at the gym is very new and dynamic too. The stay is super relaxing and is a resort I will get back to again. They also have shuttle bus to and fro tsim sha tsui at a price of 40 hkd. It’s not difficult to get to from Tsing yi station as well by a minibus 140M.

Young children love it so much ”
It’s super close to the beach, my kid is in love with it. 5 mins walk to a shopping mall. Not big but have all you need, a big shopping market with normal price , various choice of restaurant, even macdonald. Staff is super helpful, nice breakfast.

Birthday celebrations”
Our overall hotel experience was great, rooms are clean, buffet lunch & breakfast tasted great. We were able to enjoy the use of swimming pool, although the water was very cold, but we have so much fun riding down the slides. The lobby was too big to wondering without any activities to make the hotel stay "more" exciting, maybe it was a weekday thing. Front Office & Housekeeping officers were friendly and attentive to guest needs. P.S. if you are running the shuttle bus anyways, would be nice to offer free ride to TST.

Nice hotel.. but so many children!”
It's a nice hotel, don't get me wrong. When we arrived at the hotel, I thought it's a nice hotel but then I started seeing children running around in the lobby! If you like children, then this is a hotel for you! I was looking for a hotel to relax and chill.. with not many children.. but a pool full of children, yes in the main pool with parents and nannies is not my cup of tea! Not just the pool, they were running around in the lobby, the dining areas.. everywhere! We spent most of the time in our room. We thought we'll have dinner at the restaurants in the hotel later in the evening where at that time maybe the children would have been tired and sleeping in their rooms but how wrong we were! Some of them still running around in the restaurants, some was cranky and crying, maybe because it's past their bedtime! It's like being theme parks! I know some people enjoy that.. but I know for sure my friends won't like it either.. so, I won't be recommending it to them.

Exceptional”
I was v disappointed the hotel did give me an upgrade and a cake even I mentioned it’s my birthday when I check in and put this request when I booked my hotel. The only thing they could give is check out time at 1pm instead of noon if I choose a twin room. They could not accommodate this request if I want a king room. It’s a Monday when I check out . I wonder how busy they are. The buffet breakfast was good and the pool was ok. I think the service could be improved.

Family Friendly”
This is a regular staycation spot for our family. It's far enough out of the city that you feel like it's a true holiday. With a playground suitable for many ages, a splash pad, pool and door to the neighbouring beach, there is a lot to enjoy with the family. Head across the road for some Fair trade coffee at Crossroads, or walk down on to the Piazza to try some simple restaurants.

The room is very big and the view is good. Thanks to the staff who upgraded my room to balcony room so that I can stay with my parents on the same floor. The room is very big and the view is very good. Facilities are also OK. but it would be better if robes can be provided. The surrounding environment is very nice. A wonderful place for someone who loves sun and beach.

A good getaway from the city”
Because Covid most hotel facilities are closed, so there’s not much to do. But the location and view from room are still prime. Pros: - Large room - Express check out - Friendly staff - Beautiful view on a sunny day, away from the noise in the city - Convenient location. With grocery store, 7-11, restaurants nearby. Also a lot of cabs at the front of the hotel. There’s also a hotel shuttle going to TST, but may need ticket reservation. - A lot of food options. The hotel restaurants only offer takeout for dinner, but the food is good. Especially recommend the laksa from satayinn. There are also a number of good restaurants in the plaza nearby. Cons: - The room is a little old - Some hidden uncleaned spots: in the closet, on some of the shelves. But it’s at tolerable level. - Since facilities are closed, there’s nothing to do on a bad weather day, can’t even walk around the area.

When you arriving the hotel you are being welcome, staff is well trained, service is fast, They have filtered water on every floor which is good also, although the water playground area is not big but kid enjoy very much. The food outlet is great too price are reasonable you can also walk to near by gold cost mall for more food choices. Is a wonderful trip overall.
