-hotel staffs are very nice and accommodating. -Rooms are clean, love the pool. -breakfast is nice, they were able to prepare a packed breakfast for our 4 am island tour even if breakfast will be serve every 6am. -near fast foods and resto like robertos -if you want a quiet and relaxing place, thia one is for you. Also, a few km to iloilo's night life. -hotel staffs are able to provide all our request especially making it possible to be just in time for our flight. (Note) we are stranded in guimaras and called the hotel if they could pick us up on Parolas port together with our luggages. Our flight is scheduled 7:20pm, boarding time is around 6:45 pm. We arrived at parola port 5:56 pm. And we have to travel 40 mins to the air port and we still have to check in our baggage. It took a lot of stress when we saw a heavy traffic. We arrived at the air port 7pm (thanks to gold berry) hearing our names fir the final call. (Feels like were in the movies). Thankfully we made it!!!!. Through our prayers and services from goldberry. -breakfast at the Rabbit hole is nice and at night you can chill with a bottle of beer after dipping yourself in a cold pool. - if you are in a diy travel, they can suggest the best tour for you. - just make a call and you'll get a prompt response. -definitely recommended to those travelling to iloilo.

The BEST Among The Rest”
Oh how we love how attentive the staff are when it comes to our needs...they go above and beyond of what we expected. And when we say "staff" it is from the guards, receptionists, cleaners, Rabbit Hole staff and everyone! Before you even say what you need, if it is already there given or offered to you. Room is very clean and our bed is VERY RESTFUL. It is the kind of hotel that while you're there, you're already thinking of when you'll come back. Best WIFI we've experienced in any hotel we've been on or out of the country. The place is accessible on all the good spots of the city. You can even consider it a walk away from several spots. I can go on and on but just to set it plainly, this is just the best.

We checked in late from a long bus ride from Caticlan, good thing we were allowed to extend our stay until 1pm. The place was so good. Friendly and accomodating staffs, good facilities and the best part during our stay was we were given a free room upgrade. We booked a standard room and we were upgraded to a de luxe room. Super clean room, the beds were large enough. CR was superb! the food was also good. But unfortunately during our stay the pool was undergoing cleaning and maintenance. The price of their airport transfer vehicle was also reasonable. If there's one thing I find lacking it is the availability of bidet/water spray in the toilets.

I and my daughter (7 mos old) were here last Sep 14-16, 2018. They were so kind and let us checkin way earlier. We spent most of our time at the hotel as there was a typhoon during our stay. The room was clean and spacious. I like their glass bathroom-i can still check on my daughter even while taking a bath. Food was okay. Pool was great. Location is superb! The hotel is near everywhere - fastfood, market, banks, church and convenience store. Great service! Thanks for letting I and my daughter enjoyed our trip even if there was a typhoon. We'll definitely be back! :-*

Cozy Hotel ”
Thumbs up for this hotel. From the staff who were very approachable and helpful, service, and the hotel itself. Our room was very cozy and clean. Accessible to any places and very near at Roberto's ( fave siopao in Iloilo ♥). On our second day, we wasn't able to avail the complimentary breakfast at rabbit hole because we were early for our Carles (Gigantes) trip, so I asked how we can avail it, and they do packed us sandwich and water which we brought on our early trip, t'was really nice. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended to all peeps who are on the lookout for a nice stay in Iloilo. Will defo go back here.

The hotel room is clean. The staffs are amazing. I spent my birthday here and they did a very good job in surprising me with a free upgrade and a greetings during my breakfast with a complimentary cupcake. The hotel is very near to the wharf terminal going to guimaras. The bedsheets are 5 star. Will definetly stay here again.

My Three-Day Stay”
I have continued to be very satisfied with my stay at the Goldberry Hotel. This is my second time of staying in this hotel and have no regrets whatsoever. The room is configured comfortably enough and the utilities have been quite sufficient. I used the highly chlorinated swimming pool, but that's alright. It serves it's purpose. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. I hope in my next stay, there will be more selections for breakfast and bottomless coffee!

Not your typical hotel”
First of all, the customer service is exceptional! All of them were so nice and really went above and beyond to meet my needs. The place was so beautiful (the same as the pictures shown). It's near establishments and the restaurants (If you're planning to go to Roberto's to try their siopao, it's just a 3-minute walk). It has easy access to public transportation as well! Highly recommended and will definitely stay again here next time.

The place 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 and staffs are very friendly and helpful. But the first morning our breakfast was not made, we think that the receptionist (the one who we speak during the afternoon) forgot to inform that we're going to leave early the next day for Gigantes. So the receptionist that early morning around 4am saw the note, too late bcause we're about to leave, we don't know why they haven't seen it or they haven't informed each other. They're so sorry, and it's okay for us, we bought goods outside. When we came back after 2 days, they apologized for what happened. It's okay, next time you should prioritized those who will travel to Gigantes the next day for the packed breakfast. Overall we're satisfied. ♥️

goldberry is the best cheap hotel in the city. room is very clean and even though the bathroom is small it is so modern. little concern was there was no bidet. havnt tried the pool also due to lack of time but the indoor pool is so nice! but overall 5 stars for me will surely stay here when i go back to iloilo.

Located in the traditional center of Iloilo City, and near Ortiz Wharf (the gateway to Guimaras)”
The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom and toilet and enjoined and is see-through but there are roll down blinds for privacy. Sufficient sockets to recharge gadgets, toiletries (soap, shampoo, lotion, dental kit) and water are replaced daily. Towels are replaced daily on the condition you leave them on the floor. Room cleaning is around 10am-3pm. Room service is affordable (though we didn't avail of it) and the pre-stocked charged snacks are also quite affordable (but we also didn't avail of it). The mini refrigerator is useful for us. It's a block away from Ortiz Wharf, the port with boat trips to Guimaras. 7-11 is just in front of the hotel, City Hall about a 5 minute walk away, Calle Real - a 8-10 minute walk and Robinsons Place Iloilo - a 12-15 minute walk. Everything else is accessible by jeepneys. If you don't know how to use those, just take a taxi - drivers here are generally honest, unlike Metro Manila (use Grab if you're there).

We stay for 3days on this hotel. I like the cleanliness of the room, the area or location of the hotel is very accesible to wharf . The free bfast is available at the rabbit role its not buffet but the taste of thier food is very good.i choose to book again to this hotel when i come back iloilo.

Pros: good location as it was near the market where you can buy cheaper items, foods, etc. near major transportation hubs clean hotel, but there were two small cockroaches in our room that we found friendly and helpful staff Cons: we were there for an early check-in but the reception said that our room was not ready yet, so we had to wait like almost 2 hours before we were checked-in My insider tip: while you are staying at the hotel, check out their pool, eat ate the Rabbit Hole as they have reasonable priced meal as low as P199 for a complete meal. And don't forget to book your Agoda stay at this hotel with breakfast as it will be more affordable compared to if you will book it there.

If you are in need of a hotel that's values for money, I highly recommend Goldberry, it is right in the middle of the city and accessible. The staff is efficient, polite and very flexible to requests (we had an earlier morning event and they provided sandwiches for us to eat since we can't avail the free breakfast) Will recommend to anyone needing a hotel on a budget
