pros: this is a new hotel - newly opened just 5 months ago. service staff were super friendly. just a few mins walk to the beach. nice banh mi cafe just across the road. very pretty hotel lobby. wide variety of food for breakfast. cons: hotel room wall is quite thin, we are able to hear what the next door neighbours were talking about. its quite frustrating to hear them talk while we are trying to sleep. it has a connecting balcony too which makes it feels a little unsafe. overall a great experience, had an amazing stay at this hotel for 4 nights. will come back again.

Stayed at the triple family room. Staffs are very friendly. Sea view room is great. The breakfast has many varieties and value for money. Very near to the favourite beach and there is a 24/7 mart next door.

I didn’t get the seaview room I paid for & given the hotels location I’m not sure they have an actual seaview as it’s not exactly near the ocean from what I saw though I only stayed overnight.

We stayed the hotel from Stayed from March 17th to 21st.(Room No. 8004) I think This hotel is one of the best hotel because staff in the hotel is very kind. They told us about sightseeing spots and think about planning together. We can’t speak English well but they listened and supported politely. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Ngoc Khanh, Nguen Huyen, Helena, Amy, Trang Ryan. The room we stayed was clean. And the hotel is near the sea.(abot 3 minutes on foot) We recommend the hotel.

Nice place to stay with so many restaurants and Cafes to relax in. Near the beach and via Grab about 67k vnd to the nearest market. Rooms are large and super clean. Staff are super helpful but housekeeping understanding of English isn’t so good but very helpful after a few gestures! Lol! Great place!

We stayed in the hotel for about 2 weeks. Minh at the front desk and Thanh, the restaurant manager were superstars. Their service was beyond expectation. My partner and I had separate meetings at the same time on one day and Minh arranged for an alternative location for one of us. Thanh, when asked to put clearer labels on the breakfast dishes did so immediately. These are just selected instances of good service, there was more where that came from. The hotel itself was only average. The soundproofing is a massive issue: we could hear exactly what people were talking about in the rooms next to us and at times, sounds got more awkward late at night. The hotel also did not have a gym while we were there. Since the hotel is located a block or 2 away from the beach, it only offers pocket views of the sea (between beachfront high rise buildings). Also used Hana's laundry, a couple of blocks away, but they did pick up and delivery to the hotel, so it was really convenient. Area around was nice with good food options.

All the staff at Golden Lotus Grand Hotel are great! Minh is especially helpful she is very fluent in English and can provide tons of recommendations! The food is good, selection is huge. Location is a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, lots of restaurants nearby. There’s a lady that does laundry out of her home for a 10k/kg just around the corner. She is amazing!! The pool is super clean and refreshing. Beds are soft and rooms are clean! The only downside was our “balcony” that we had to squeeze out of our door to get onto and it’s shared with everyone. It was so small there’s no room to sit on it. However, there is so much to do in this town that the balcony doesn’t really matter!

Check in procedure is quick and hotel staffs are friendly. This is a new hotel thus the hotel room condition is great. Love the bathrub in the room. Convenient location. Lot of eating places and convenient stores around this area. Hotel breakfast has variety of food! Note the balcony is like a corridor. Other hotel guests at the same floor might be able to access.

We enjoyed staying at Lotus Hotel for four nights in January 2023. There are many coffee shops, restaurants and massage shops around the hotel. It only takes about 12 minutes to drive from the airport, and it takes only four to five minutes to walk to the beach. It is very convenient! Two of the hotel staff are worthy of praise. They are Ms. Minh who is fluent in English, and Mr. Anh, who is attentive. Their service is so considerate, and we will choose to stay in this hotel again when we come to Da Nang.

Room was big and has a nice balcony area, but do note that these balcony areas are accessible by others - it’s a shared balcony. But the staff were amazing, very friendly and nice. Unfortunately it rained the days I was there, so couldn’t make use of the pool but it was beautiful on the roof top.
