Golden Park Hotel Jeju Review”
I stayed at the property for two nights. It has an excellent location next to the Jeju City bus terminal. This means you can catch a bus to anywhere on the island easily, which is a plus. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a slight smell of smoke on occasion, though it wasn't too bad. The rooms do not have sound proofing, so you can hear your neighbors pretty clearly. This is a good property for the price, though it doesn't have many of the amenities of a more expensive property.

For physical activity only”
I lived there for 5 days. It is near jeju airport 15 minutes by bus. There is a opportunity to go wherever you want because of bus terminal. You can eat in your room and it’s convenient. Towels were changing every day. Also two bottles of water were provided. First of all, it’s not hotel because it’s motel. There is no laundry, iron, English speaking reception. My room was clean but looks old especially the hairdryer and chair. The bed was really hard that’s why it was difficult to fall asleep. Every evening I was listening neighbors - lovers. So there is no any sound isolation. 11 pm When I was trying to fall sleep in my first night someone called me and said something on korean but I didn’t understand. After 5 minutes man was knocked on my door and said that my steps are too heave and he couldn’t sleep. But I said that it wasn’t me, it’s was my neighbors. They slammed the door, talked too loud ( physical activity also was loud). But he said that it was me. So I can’t recommend this place!

Absolutely terrible especially rude Lady at the counter”
I had booked my room which was a double and included two people. I arrived earlier than my friend and was checking in. He arrived about 15 minutes later. This was a pay at the propert booking. As I was paying the lady was questioning why I had booked a room with only one double bed. I told her that the room was for two people and we needed just one double bed. She just kept asking about one bed for two people and I said I wanted what I booked. Then I went back and got a refund and accepted her suggestion to get two beds just to satisfy her. I never used the other bed. I was embarrassed and when I complained to Agoda they tried several times to reach out to the hotel in Korean and they never responded to the concern. I did get some compensation from Agoda and they were superb. However, I do not recommend espcially foreigners booking there. The place is also old, not very clean and they have teriible staff.Will never book this property again. She spoke only Korean and I spoke Korean as well and understood her very well.

We made the reservation super last minute at airport so it was chosen by its location. It is a rather old motel and the facility is average. The staff is super understanding and helpful with our requests upon late arrival. Thank you for the accommodation!

Summary : + Location. Despite it's proximity to intercity bus terminal there was no noise/nuisance. Close to 7-12 and CU. + Few great food options nearby + Rooms are spacious. Comfortable bed and absolutely no noise from outside. +Water dispenser (guess it's a Korean thing), microwave, cutlery, Adapter + Extremely polite and helpful staff: The gentleman at front desk/owner was extremely helpful. 24/7. Even helped us with taxi booking. Great value for money.

바퀴벌레가 나와서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 창문,경첩이나 가구등이 매우 낡았습니다. 바닥에 파란 얼룩이 매우 컸는데 아마 닦이지 않는 오래된 얼룩같았습니다. 수건은 충분히 주시는데 오래된 수건에 얼룩이 있었습니다.
