aircon is noisy and doesn't have a remote or regulations, I wrote them emails and ask 2 employee coz i needed an answer but noone replied me. place is not bad itself but poorly managed

I booked 2 rooms one room was basic but acceptable. The 2nd room was smelly, I observed workers working on a drain. The hotel should have arranged a different room.

Words can't express how much we loved this place. The staff are really helpful, kind and approachable. They gave us warm welcome and smiles. The room that we stayed in is clean, as well as pool. Rooms were clean and quiet but had no hot WATER in the shower and no TV. There is, however, a small pool and jacuzzi. The hotel is situated along the highway in San Juan, 2 minutes drive from the center of San Juan. Most restaurants and nightlife are within 5 minutes drive. Motorcycle / scooter rentals are available nearby as well as several dive shops in the area.

Nice location as you just need to cross the street if you need to deep in the sea water. Neighbor to a nice cafe/resto. Staff are nice and has a pool which if your not a fan of salt water.
