Upgraded free to a junior suite”
I arrived to the hotel after midnight so the staff was very kind by upgrading my room to Junior suite and late check out at 1 pm instead of normal check out time which is 12pm. The suite was extremely nice and big. Pity I only can stay in the room for 12 hours. Location was excellent too.

Pros: too many to be listed in here; overall, outstanding services&cleanliness. Cons: 1. Although included in the room price, facilities were closed (as per government regulations, due to Coronavirus). 2. Showering was a bit awkward, as only half of the perimeter was enclosed - I did no understand the design concept.

Noryen at the reception is very accommodating. She even upgraded us to Suite Room which we really loved it. The room was big. Had luscious breakfast for 2 days.. Location was a bit difficult for us due to road constructions around the area, but it was a great staycation. Thank you, Golden Tulip.

This hotel has the decor and staff to be awesome. When we were there the pool (that looks great) was closed, the road outside was dug up (meaning you had to walk through a building site). We also had to ask for towels (1 towel for 2 people for 2 nights is not enough). It however shows promise and by the time you travel these may be complete
